TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE! Not only is the owner a HORRIBLE woman with absolutely no custmore service or general manners at all, their business practices are completely unethical. On several occassions, I have brought my stuff there and they have quoted one price and then tried to charge me a different price when I came to pick up my drycleaning. They will also charge different prices for the same item depending on when you take it there and who you are...they make prices up on the spot depending on how much they think they can get out of you (I know, my friend speaks their language and he heard them saying something along the lines of "for this person such and such amount." There are other drycleaners less than a mile away....dont waste your time or energy with this place!!!

Unfortunately, I was taking my clothes here because it is literally on my way home. Please do NOT go to this place. They have the worst customer service. They started by missing a shirt, and I waited a couple of days and did not complain. They found it and said it was in the wrong ticket. Then, today I took an expensive shirt and explicitly ask for hand/special care. They charged me $3.90 and the result: my shirt got several stains all over it!! I refused to pay and they got crazy mad saying that they cannot run a business giving service for free!!! Free?? They ruined a $120 shirt!!! Supposedly, they will try to clean it. I am very angry and sad for my shirt.

Dishonest Brokers. After assurances from the manager a blazer intended for a wedding would be ready by a specific time and day, and after paying extra for a rush order, the Dry Clean Outlet failed to deliver. As recompense, the older female manager guaranteed she would apply a 5% discount to my next load of dry cleaning. When dropping off the load of dry cleaning, I was told they would never give a 5% discount, in effect calling me a liar. I walked out, dirty dry cleaning in-hand. Its not often one deals with truly dishonest brokers using bait-and-switch tactics. But if you go here, you might get your chance. Ill never go back.

Find another cleaners!!!! Ive been using this dry cleaners for a year now. Today I noticed that a stain on my shirt that had not been on the shirt prior to getting it dry cleaned. When I said something to the front staff employee see was very agitated at me. As I was calm and cordial, she continued to be aggressive. All I was asking if that they would attempt to remove the stain but she continued to be aggressive and demand I pay more. I will never use this dry cleaners again. All over a $1.99 wash for something they did.

I have been a customer for 2 years. I go here because of the cheap dry cleaning compared to other nearby places. Customer service is usually good. However, I have been charged different prices for the same item. Also, one time they gave my dry cleaning to another customer. I checked back a week later and they did not have it. They said they would call me when it was returned by the customer, but they never called, and I did not have my clothes for 2-3 weeks.

I gave my jeans pant for alteration here. They charged 20$ for hemming it and totally got it wrong in length and quality. Once i returned it back they come up with a theory that i have two jeans pants, i gave one somewhere else for exactly same alteration and got it messed up and brought this pant back to these guys. Folks have very bad customer service as well. Never taking my clothes here again.

Please do not take anything of value to this place! Once I dropped off a jacket here and it came back with a missing button, and the second time I went they lost a suit jacket altogether. She said they must have "given it to someone else." Im still waiting for my jacket, because without it my pants are completely useless. Please...if you are trying to save money, go somewhere else!!!

Two times dry cleaning not ready and no offer to credit or anything - rather blame mistake and also blame the vendor they use to clean. Its always something, but never is it their fault or responsibility, nor any offer to make good. Beware: if theres any problem, its all your problem, or someone elses problem, not theirs.

I think the other reviews are a bit harsh. I have been using this dry cleaner for 3 years. The service isnt the fastest and they arent the cheapest, but they are always very kind. If you have a serious stain I would try another location, but for basic dry cleaning, pressing, and alterations they do a nice job.

By far the least expensive dry cleaners Ive found in the area, and always have gotten things back satisfactorily cleaned. Have had some items repaired here, and they did a good job on them as well. Good bang for your buck.

I have been going here for two years and will continue to go here. They do good work for a great price. Ive had one instance where a pair of pants was discolored, but all in all, no complaints.

Got my jeans hemmed and not only was it still too long they tried to charge me to fix it. Terrible job and terrible customer service. Will not be going there anymore
