I didnt know something as humble as a dry cleaners could be so noble. This dry cleaners has EXTRAORDINARY customer service. I dont have much need for a dry cleaners in every day life but I will find every available opportunity to bring my clothes to this business. They went above and beyond to assist me on some very important garments that had to be steamed by the following day and although they were very busy they got me in and out very quickly. When I had made an error in payment, they corrected the error at their own expense. The owner was extraordinarily courteous and professional.

I met this nice gentleman a few months ago and when he told me he had a dry cleaning business, I decided to check it out since its hard to find a good cleaner out there. My two suits came out looking and especially smelling brand new, not all musky like most places. Great prices and a perfect iron job along the creases. Great job, superiorly packaged business from start to finish.

I had been going here for a couple of years on and off due to convenience. When I paid for them to wash my shirts, they came back with a funky, mildewy smell. I asked them to fix the problem and they refused, implying that perhaps I was the source of the problem. Needless to say, Im never giving them my money again.

They completely ruined my custom made silk wedding dress a week before my wedding. They used harsh chemicals instead of just steam iron the seam and the silk turned yellow, lost its sheen and is limp. They took no responsibility.

My wife and I have used this dry cleaner many times, and they have been very good. We have no complaints.
