Went to Dry Clean Outlet several times without any major incidents. The clothes was relatively nicely cleaned and pressed. However, their service started to let me down constantly a few months after going there.... I hate that they staple the dry cleaning tag to the tag on your shirts. They have ruined quite a few things that way. They lost my boyfriends shirt and it took 3 months to get reimbursed for it. Although we brought in an original receipt they did not pay the full price of the shirt even though the shirt was only 1 week old when they got it. They told us the shirt was depreciated do to wear and tear and would only cover 60%! Ridiculous. I do not recommend this place if you really care about your clothes. If you are getting regular clothes done its okay but I wouldnt take my silk shirt there or anything with too many pleats or creases... they just cant handle it.

This dry cleaner is horrible!!! They lost my suit and it took months before they would refund my money. The owner Phillip Yun was a total jerk and would lie to me over the phone that he wasnt there. He tried to blow this whole issue off, thinking that I would drop it. After 4 months, he gave me the line that he can only refund me 60% of the suit (after keeping the jacket, which he wouldnt return to me). It was a freakin debacle and NOT ONCE did this rude man ever apologize for the inconvenience of losing my expensive suit. His tactic is to blow you off for several months telling you he will get his insurance to cover the loss. He probably files for the 100% refund through his insurance and pockets 40%, giving you 60%. Terrible customer service and I would never use them again.

Worst customer service experienced. The owner Mr. Philip Yun has no respect for the customers and how to treat them. He doesnt know how to talk with them and treats them like nobody. They lost my garment and it took them four months to resolve and when i went to get my money he told me that he can give 60% of the total value of the garment i asked where is that written and he gave me a cold eye and told me this how it works and if i need to go legal proceed with it. He had attitude when he was talking with me. I know people like to go their because they are cheap but there are other outlet in the vicinity that respect their customers. This outlet has no value for a customer and are fine to loose one customer since their are others. Good luck to other customers.

PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS CLEANERS!!!! They do not actually clean your clothes. I couldnt agree more with the previous responses that said Phillip Yun has no respect. My clothes came back with stains that werent on there before and my pants were still wrinkled. Specifically there was a small blood stain on the back of my dress that was not there before I took it and the stain that was on there they didnt bother to get out. 12 of the items I took in cleaning had to be redone. As a first time customer I asked if I could be reimbursed for the pieces that werent done correctly and he said no. He walked away from me while I was talking to him and snatched the clothing out of my friends hands. I will NEVER go back to this place again.

I have been going to this place for over 7 years. No problems whatsoever, they are nice people and greet you when you walk in the door and remember who you are after your 3rd visit or so. One time a button came off my (old) shirt and they fixed it for me without charge. Cant beat the price. I have had them do winter coats for me , suit pants/jackets as well as dress shirts and everything comes back prefect. The people who have complained about it taking 3 days (which is standard) instead of 2 and the ones who lost their own ticket dont make sense, you cant blame a company for your own faults, once again very friendly people who were probably just trying to do them a favor and rush deliver it for them within 2 days.

March-2011 - I had the worst experience with owner Phillip Yun, not only he destroyed my garments - he was rude and disrespectful to me. First he agreed to pay for the item then he changed his mind and blamed me for bringing the damaged garment to the store. Personally i think the money is getting to him - his attitude was " HERE IS MY NAME AND NUMBER AND I WILL SEE YOU IN COURT " He is a total Jerk as far I am concern - he pretends to be very soft spoken as long you pay the money to him. I wish people will read this and stop going there. I am telling all my friends not to go there. SO STOP GOING TO THAT SHOP - GO SOMEWHERE ELSE - HE IS NOT A GOOD MAN.

The prices are good, but the quality and service is inconsistent at best. They will usually tell you that it will take three business days, but if you ask, they will say that they can do it in two (though dont count on it being finished on time). Recently, I dropped off my garments during an afternoon and it took them 3 full business days and even then it wasnt ready at the time they had stated. In addition, several shirts appeared to be poorly pressed and were partially wrinkled. There are several other dry cleaners in the area, I would recommend trying one of those.

Worst place ever!!!! Please avoid it!!!!!! I gave this place the chance a couple of time! Got always disappointed!! Sewing is bad, cleaning lets not even talk about it. I dropped a really expensive dress to be slightly tailored. The dress came back with a black spot that cannot be removed and they did not seem to care. This is just the last experience. Had a few ones before. I have learnt my lesson with that one. Please AVOID THIS PLACE!!!!!! Its HELL!!

I used to love them, I have been going to them for years. Dont be fooled Dryclean Outlet & Dryclean Pro are the SAME place. They damaged an embellished dress of mine about 3yrs ago and compensated me for it with no problem. 2 mos ago the same thing happened with a different dress and they completely dismissed me saying they werent responsible. I have spent thousands with them but I will never use them again.

I was pretty happy with their service until they lost a pair of pants, then a jacket and a dress. This was all within 3 weeks. Unfortunately, I did not keep my tickets so I guess I have to just eat it.I have never taken my clothes to a dry cleaner who lost my stuff. Finally, the owner is extremely rude , not helpful and could careless about helping me

AVOID THIS DRYCLEANERS. They lost my favorite cashmere sweater TWICE and the second time, they denied it and refused to reimburse me for the lost lost sweater. Their customer service is beyond horrible. Pay a little extra and go someplace else.

They consistently iron my shirt collars incorrectly!!! The back of the collar doesnt cover the seams so your tie would show in the back of the collar! They dont care if the collar is pressed correctly!!! Not taking my shirts there ever again!!!
