Rating Review Never take your garments to this Drycleaner for alterations. I dropped a pair of suit pants off almost 3 months ago and have yet to receive them back. The employees claim my pants went to another customer and he will not return there calls. I have been in contact several times with the store to try to get a credit for the lost pants and the manager will not take my calls or return repeated messages I have left with his employees Rating Review They lost a pair of my pants. They admit it and yet will only reimburse 10x the charge or $19 (after 2 weeks) even though the pants cost nearly $100 with alterations. Rating Review I agree with other users. NEVER take your clothes to this dry cleaner! I havent written any reviews on other company. Dryclean 1.75 is the FIRST one I wrote a review. They ruined my clothes. My dress came back color faded when I only wore it twice and brought to the cleaner. My pants came back with the torn wastban. My sweaters are all too small and too short now. They are VERY CHEAP, but its not worth it when you have good clothes. Terrible place. Never go there again! Rating Review They "lost" my clothes too! I am out $100. Stained and damaged pants...I thought Id give this place a try since it was so close to work. Never again, and I warn you, you get what you pay for. I brought in some of my suits and after getting them back, I noticed the bad job they did on all of the suits. Double creased because of bad ironing, badly hung on hangars, etc. the staff is not particularly nice either. The worst part is, one of my pants had a huge stain on it, like some kind of rust stain. Now they only had one job, ONE JOB to do, but they messed up the pants. I only noticed it on my way to a meeting and already removed the tags. The next day, after showing the manager the stain, she said, JUST THIS ONCE, I will fix it for you, you dont have the tag. She already verified that I had just picked it up. NO sorry, no nothing. After returning to pick it up, the stain was still there. ONE JOB... The other manager came out and took care of it, but had to be dry cleaned again. Still NO sorry, for wasting my time and energy... By the time I got it back, it was dry cleaned three times, pressed on the wrong spot three times, and now damaged pretty badly. DO NOT GO HERE, you get what you pay for.

Lost 13 items, 10 shirts and 3 suit jackets costing me a total on average $2000 to replace. There policy is to repay 10 times the cleaning bill per item lost, so each shirt I get $10.00 when they sell new for $75, dont get me started on the suit jackets! They offer cheap pricing for a reason and truly live up to the quote " you get what you pay for" a very expensive lesson for me! I wont except there low ball offer and will simple take them to court. Extremely pissed of ex customer

Took my nice duvet there that had some small stains on it and asked if they could clean it. They told me they could no problem. When I came to pick it up on the date the ticket told me to, the guy could not find it for 15 min and hastily folded it up for me. When I took it out of the packaging they wrapped it in, my duvet smelled like old cat food. Looks like nothing was done and smells awful

This is the worst dry clean store I have been too. My coats were torn, due to chemical and pressing process. The store manager refused to fix it. I did not ask for a compensation, just want to have them to fix it. But the store manager was not responsible for what they did, even did not feel sorry and refused to do anything. It is a terrible experience. DO NOT send your clothes there!!!!

The incompetency of this place! My husband and I dropped off our clothes and they wrote down the wrong phone number in their system. Therefore, when we came to pick them up, some woman with that number had picked them up and hasnt brought them back. Now we are looking at filing a complaint against her and I have already filed a complaint with the BBB. NEVER TAKE YOUR CLOTHES HERE!!!

Been taking my clothes here for the past 4 years because its convenient and easy to find parking. But services is hit and miss. All depend whos taking your clothes etc. Many times they stapled the tag id# directly to my clothes tag instead of making a loop around then staple. So I had to use staple remover to remove it and sometime ruined my clothes. Really frustrating.

The new owner takes the dry clean business to the next level by offering great quality (they are able to remove every stain regardless of the fabric and color) and affordable price. They tore up my sari which i got from India. The ends are destroyed. It looks like they beat it up with rock. And they told me it came that way. I asked to speak with manager. No response.
