Horrible customer service. I stood in line for 20 minutes and when I was next in line for service, the lady walks away from me and does not acknowledge me standing at the register. Another lady walks from the back and as I am standing at the counter, she ask who is next and looks past me. As I explain to the lady what I need done, she is barely acknowledging my needs and is barely helping me. I do not recommend anyone to use this business if you live on the east end of Henrico.

I dropped off suits and shirts here a few times. Oddly I never had the troubles listed below. At one point I picked up a shirt and saw a stain I did not mark when I brought the shirt in. It took a few days as it took a few attempts on their part per the woman behind the counter who called to get more informaiton. They got the stain out for no additional charge.

Really bad customer service. They ruined a shirt of mine and still made me pay for it!! And they were rude about it. They didnt even apologize. Dont go here. Its really bad!
