Two pairs of dress pants were shortened. Within 2 days of pick-up, hem was unraveling. Took the pants back and was told if I I didnt have the original receipt, I would be charged again. Who keeps their dry cleaning receipts? Cashier admitted she recognized me. And the quality of the sewing was not professional for $12.45. Will be taking my items elsewhere.

Poor customer service. Many times I have had to have re-dos done on our shirts. Plus a cashier who has a major bad attitude. Called and left a message with the owner/manager and still have not heard from him. It is a shame because they are so close by.

Oh gosh, so refreshing to read your review. I thought it was me! LOL Where is the customer service? Id rather be attended to by a ROBOT! Owner is trying to reduce my issue with the end product though.
