This place is the WORST place to get anything cleaned. They ruined 12 of my dress shirts and refused to take responsibility or compensate me. All they wanted to do was keeping bleaching and washing my shirts. I allowed it 3 times but they still couldnt get out the burn stains they inflicted from over ironing them. I tried to be reasonable and work things out but the woman who worked there pretended like she didnt speak english properly and that she didnt understand me. It was extremely frustrating to not be able to communicate with somebody who just ruined half of your wardrobe. I am still trying to recoup my losses.

I took a bridesmaid stress to this location and they ruined it, charged me $50, and refused to fix their mistake or give me a refund. Im now going through the arduous process of trying to get the charge reversed through my bank since I will now have to buy a whole new bridesmaids dress, pay for a rush charge, and just swallow $200 total. The dress is now completely different cut, puckers on the back, and she told me that the problem would be fixed if I just wouldnt move. Are you serious? Owner was rude and a liar. Miserable experience, beware, avoid at all costs. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Total waste of time and money! I took some shirts for alteration. I could tell the guy really didnt want to do the work when I dropped off. After a week I went back to find the work hadnt been done. I was told that their sewing machine was broken and that I should go somewhere else. Then they went ahead and charged me for cleaning the shirts, which I never even asked for. Because, hey, gotta make some money outta this somehow. Right? All the while my shirts were held hostage in the back until payment was complete.

For cleaning I find them to be ok. NEVER get anything altered there. I took them 3 suits. One suit had to have the pants waste reduced. Silly me I just picked them up figuring all was well. When I got home and tried on one of them the pants were so tight I couldnt get them on. I took them back and the lady stated she didnt do that. Well then who did? NEVER EVER get anything altered there.

Ive been coming to CY Custom fit for years and always have been greeted with a smile and a kind attitude. Ive had my dress clothes pressed here, pants altered, patches sewn onto my leather vest, everything. No issues. They are good people running a good business. God Bless them.

They sold a gift card that had an expired date and when I took it in to be redeemed they refused it. They ripped off my mother and their prices are a ripoff. Avoid unless you want to get ripped off coming and going.
