I went to Kingstowne Cleaners in Kingstowne VA yesterday (August 24) to pick up alterations. When I told the woman behind the counter I wasnt happy with the obviously ill fitting garment she got upset and insisted that it was what I asked for. Rolled her eyes, yelled. I asked how much to be done with it and she insisted on full price. I explained that I wasn’t paying full price for a job I wasn’t satisfied with, nor was I coming back (as she suggested) to a place where I was being treated that way. She snatched my garment from my hands. And then called me n*gger. And then called me n*gger again. Followed me out of the store multiple times continuing to harass me. A beautiful family stepped in and got her out of my face, took me for a walk and got me something to drink. Then they waited with me and stayed while I talked to the police. She still refuses to return my garment. There were so many layers. All of them hurt.

New Ownership or people running store operations; in 15 day period I was given back another customers shirts, and had to find my own shirts on their rotating racks...very inefficient, disappointing!
