We have used this dry cleaners for 18 years, and theyre wonderful. Im a stainer, and they have been very successful at getting them out. The quality of the work is excellent, clothes are finished on time and beautifully pressed. They have always been on time, and theyre great when you need a quick turnaround. Gina began greeting me by name quickly and eventually could type in our phone number to retrieve our order before we finished reciting it. They also have a good tailor who has hemmed skirts and pants, taken in the seat of pants, and narrowed the legs of pants. The tailor also shortened a comforter to fit a duvet cover, and she made a zippered cover for an egg-crate foam mattress topper that served as a cushion for my late dads dialysis chair. We are moving out of state for retirement, and will sorely miss Rose Hill dry cleaners!

I had two jackets, one made of leather and the other of a suede material. they wanted to charge me 50 dollars each and charge me extra for the suede jacket because it had to leave their facility and that I would be charged an extra fee for that. I said no thanks and walked out. Looked at my suede jacket for directions and it said all I had to do was wash it in cold water, do not put in dryer but hang, then iron on low. These people are not professional cause if so they would have looked for the tags for directions. So glad I didnt pay. I will only reccomend to those that want to throw their money away or to those that have extremely delicate clothing that needs special attention but even at that I just cant reccomed these cleaners. P.S And as the last person who reviewed this place saying it smelled, yes it does smell

Price is fair but the service is excellent - theyre always very courteous and prompt - the place looks average for a dry cleaner and is generally clean. 15 mens shirts washed, pressed and starched for $24. Every dry cleaner destroys buttons on mens shirts over time...these guys will actually replace them on you shirt free-of-charge.....very nice!!! Oh, they will save the junk in your pockets and return it neatly in a plastic bag attached to clean clothes....cigar, matchsticks, random receipt and two quarters...score!

I live down the street from this cleaner and they have treated me fairly and my clothes always seem to come out fine. They charge $12 per jeans for a hem, for a jean rip patch and $15 to adjust the size of the waist. Pretty good pricing, the person who hems is only in M-F for some reason as though tons of business professionals are not working from 9am to 5pm in D.C., haha. I would recommend their services although I think a text when ready service, email and website in 2015 would be appreciated.

They ruined a $600 suit that I only worn once. The light gray suit had black dots stained all over it. I brought it back to redo and nothing changed. The owner offered no excuse, apology or compensation
