Love the service here! My wife brought in her wedding dress to this location for repair and preservation. They did a fantastic job with everything, so now we have this amazing keepsake. My wife even had them put the veil in a "memories" box, since it was her favorite part of her dress, and the box is a nice, functional for storage but still having a window keepsake.

I used to take my shirts here all the time and the service was OK. However , I took my wifes dress and the owner messed it up and said it was the manufacturers mistake because they did not use good quality products. He pretends that his English is not good and plays dumb. Do not go there

Even if you ask nicely, desperately need your clothes, and have only credit with you. Owner played dumb as if she were not the owner and didnt have the authority to make an exception. Made me walk across the deadly intersection in the rain to find a cash machine at a 711.

If somebody asks to not have a crease in their shorts, why would you put a crease? If the shorts dont show any indication of having a crease before, why would you put a crease? Also, hung up on me when trying to resolve issue.
