I wish I had read these reviews before I took my daughters simple wedding dress to them. I live in the area and normally take my cleaning there, but will no longer. Even though I thought the price was high, I agreed to it. I wont go into all the issues when I went to pick it up, but they resulted in a total of 5 trips as they held the dress hostage. They are very unethical people, and should not be in business.

I will never take anything there again. Prices are outrageous, charges for the most expensive item instead of the actual (like a sweater price because the shirt had embroidery) They suck at getting stains out. Use bad English as an excuse to not understand your complaints. The one price cleaners put more effort in your clothes than this place does.

I get my suits dry cleaned at Hihat dry cleaners and have been happy with the results. Customer service is excellent. I plan to get some alterations done here. Ive heard they do good work. An added plus is that it is located by a Starbucks and the Italian Store....I can get my food, coffee, and drycleaning done in one trip!
