These people are rude and disrespectful!!!! I will NEVER go back to them and would NEVER recommend anyone to go there! They lie and then get upset...like fighting mad with the customer when you try reasoning with them!! **ONLY GIVING ONE STAR BECAUSE THE SYSTEM MADE ME** I dropped off my daughters dress on Friday, 22May2015 and 11:30am for it to be cut and asked if it can be ready the next week Wednesday...the lady assured me it was more than enough time...She ended up putting Thursday on the ticket which I was fine with. Showed up on Thursday, 28May2015 at 3:30pm to pick up my daughters prom dress and it wasnt even in the building. As soon as I walked into the building the lady that assured me that the dress would be ready looked so annoyed as to why we were even there!!!! I was a bit confused because she was so nice when we dropped the dress off but stayed positive and asked for the dress. She walked up to the counter and asked me if I needed the dress today...I said yes...the prom is tomorrow so I will need to pick it up now. She took their phone and walked off...a few minutes later she send a big guy up to the counter to tell me I needed to pick the dress up the next day. I told him nicely...no...I need the dress now...they prom is tomorrow and the dress should have been ready today. He completely ignored me and said..."well pick it up tomorrow"...I once again said no...you guys told me it would be ready today...I need it today so she can try it on and make sure everthing was fine with it. He then told me it wasnt done and I cant have it until the next day. I then told him they would need to give me a discount because that is bad business practice...Oh NO...who told me to say that...he got fighting PISSED with me and started calling me crazy and told me not to ever come back to the cleaners! I explained to him that I would not want to ever deal with them again and I wanted nothing from them!!!! I went back to them the next morning for the dress...it was ready and they were cold as ice...didnt even want to speak to me...which is crazy because it was their mistake! I told him I was only paying him $90 for the dress instead of $130...which I did...WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE!!!!!! Not sure why they were so crazy....its not the best cleaners....the place is dingy, dirty and HOT as heck!...they need to clean it!!!!!

These guys are good and fair. The owners a bit rough on casual conversation, but I go to get shirts and suits cleaned and pressed. Example of good service recently - I went to have my shirts dry cleaned considering stains around the neck. The young woman at the counter reviewed my request against the shirts and instead suggests that I just go with a clean & press and save money. She advised that they would pre wash anyway and achieve the same effect. Theyre good too about little details. My collar button fell off just as they were wrapping up a quick turn on a cleaning. As quick as it fell off, I saw them attach another. So, thsts why Ive been a customer as long as Ive lived in the area.

I needed a two-piece suit cleaned the same day. This place said, Bring it in by 10, ready by 5. When I arrived at 5 to get it the guy said, The pants needed more cleaning, we sent it out again, it will be ready tomorrow. When I protested he said, But its just a summer suit anyway, why do you need tomorrow, its winter. So feel free to use this cleaners if youre uncomfortable making decisions about your own clothing and would rather have the drycleaner do it instead, and let you pay for the privilege to boot. By the way, the place was dingy and even lacked hours posted on the door. That should have been a clue to me.

I wouldnt even give them one star! I took in a brand new shirt that i wore once. I got 2 spots on it from Ice Cream. When I picked it up there were even more spots on it then when I dropped it off. The owner had a terrible attitude with me and was actually yelling at me that I dropped it off with spots all over it. I am VERY particular about my clothing and when I dropped it off the lady put the tape on the 2 spots. I had been going here for 8 months due to the convenience, but now I will NEVER return. I advise everyone else about their lack of quality of cleaning and their terrible customer service!!!

These people are exceedingly honest and can be trusted with your precious clothes and valuables. When I accidentally left a large sum of cash in the pocket of one of my work pants that I left for drycleaning, the staff at King Dry Cleaners found the cash and returned it to me so I could give it to my adult children to cover holiday travel expenses when they visited me at Christmas. I have been a customer at King Dry Cleaners for over ten years and have had a huge amount of both work and personal clothing laundered and dry cleaned. Good people, great quality!

I have been going to them for 8 years and had wonderful experiences with them. Most recently - I spilled olive oil on a suede top. The suede cleaner said they could not gaurentee a fix, so King asked me if I wanted them to try to fix it. He worked his magic and got it out. He has gotten some of the most difficult stains out of my clothes. I have never had a problem with them and highly recommend them.

Ive been going to King Dry Cleaners for over 10 years. Ive always had great service and the family that runs it are great. Ive had sport coats and pants tailored there. Im going to pick up my shirts there now. I would recommend King Dry Cleaners to friends and family.

A removable strap from my dress fell off in the process of having it cleaned. I had given it up for lost when the staff called me to say they had found it, a week later.
