The worst haircut I have ever had. It was done by a Chinese lady in less than 5 minutes. She got my instructions wrong, showed zero attention to detail, butchered my hair to the degree that I seriously considered going somewhere else to get it fixed. At the moment that I thought I was half way through the cut, she hurried me off the seat to get some other customer in. While doing so, she was speaking in Chinese, saying things that I felt were about me and clearly were not compliments. During payment, she barefacedly insisted on keeping the change, saying most customers also gave tips. Such a scene of immodesty... In all fairness, I had my previous haircut there too and at that time, it was a much better experience but with someone else working there. Overall, nerve racking experience, something you dont need with so many other other barbershops in the area. Never going back there.

I have been here several times before and I have to be honest, Ive never really been satisfied with the service. I agree with all of the bad Yelp reviews. I have received a 4-minute haircut from the woman I presume is the owner. At first I thought "Wow, that was quick!" and went on my way. Over the next several days I couldnt go more than a few hours without someone else noticing the missed patches on the back of my head which I couldnt see in the mirror. I finally trimmed it myself and did a much better job and for free. I highly recommend going to Super Barber one block away on Wilson & Randolph. I seriously think that I have just gotten the best haircut Ive ever received from there.

I went here for close to 2 years and each time was hit and miss for a quality cut and it was always with someone different. Sometimes theyd take their time, and sometimes I dont think Id even hit the chair and theyd be finished and trying to get another sucker in their chair and get their money. Id sit down and tell them #3 on the sides and cut the top but just a little, enough to make it look neat. Id be better off telling them to just buzz it. I looked pretty bad at my buddies wedding. That was the lastt straw and Im going to start my search for a new place. The only person who has been consistent is the guy in the corner in the Redskins jacket.

Worst haircut Ive ever had. Asked for finger length top and 1/4 inch sides. Maybe got four cuts on the top and didnt even get my hair straight in the front. You can clearly see where she made the cuts, no blending at all. When I was checking it out in the mirror when she was done she was pushing me out of the chair and adjusting the mirror so I couldnt get a good look to make her fix it. Didnt realize how bad it was until I was back to my bathroom mirror. Never go here. They also spoke a foreign language (probably Chinese) to each other during the cut, probably about me and the other guy sitting there.

I honestly dont understand what these negative reviews are all about. I have been coming here for many years and have always gotten a great haircut with superior service! I too have tried more expensive places, but none compare. Be sure to ask for Victoria if you want the really best!

Ive been coming here to the same lady for over 10 years. She knows how to cut my hair exactly how i want and pays good attention to detail, so well that, even after having tried more expensive salons, i only get my haircut here and nowhere else

This place is great. Ive been coming here for 4 years and never leave disappointed. Ive moved further away but make the trek in every couple of weeks. All the barbers are great and you can get in and out in minutes.

The worst experience ever and they are very rude to customers. The online price says something different and in store they something different and she was forcefully asking for the tip which was very rude.
