The cleaniness of the barbershop and arrangement of furniture is quite neat. Additionally, they keep high maintainance of the place so expect it to be clean & neat. The service is not exactly the best. Of all my visits to this barbershop, Ive always had Cindy (the owner) cut my hair except for one instance where Kim took care of my hair. Kim was amazing as she paid attention to detail and took her time with the cuts. I highly recommend her if you visit. On the other hand, Cindy races through her cuts without paying much attention to detail. It seems as if she just wants to finish the haircut and get you moving on out of there. The results are very inconsistent with Cindy. There will be times where the haircut is of satisfactory quality, and other times itll just make me want to wear a hat all the time. I guess $16 haircuts produce $16 results.

I am so happy Twinbrook finally got a barber shop! I use to travel 15 towards Fair Oaks Mall to get my haircut and schedule would always clash with my barber of 2 years. I decided to take a risky decision and let someone new cut my hair since I was in a rush one day. Kim took me and I was amazed honestly. Shes so sweet and I was so happy with my haircut, 10/10 for Kim. I came in again today and Lee was available and yet again 10/10. I am never driving more then 2 minutes to get my haircut ever again thanks to these two. $2 off early bird special is very nice, never had that before. And when your haircut is almost finished they put a hot towel over your head and give you a neck massage with the towel, obsessed with this place. Thanks guys!!!! Keep up the great business.

Really pleased to have found this place and its so close to my home. Im active duty military. I get my haircut about every 2 weeks so the cost can really add up. The prices here are more than reasonable given the level of service. You dont just get a good haircut here (of course, you get that too). But, here they massage your head and neck and give you a straight razor shave (with warm shaving cream after a hot towel) on your face and neck. I leave feeling great, looking good, with a wallet that isnt too light when its all said and done. The staff is very friendly, the place is clean, lots of good magazines to read even if you have to wait, which has never been more than 10 minutes for me.

This shop is very spacious and clean. Every time I come to this shop, my hair comes out perfect. I came to the shop multiple times; and even though some of the barbers changed, all the barbers there are very friendly and take their time which I like because that means that they concentrate on your hair to make it perfect. Also I really enjoy the early bird special which is from 9-11 AM so that means that each haircut will be $2 off. I recommended the shop to multiple of my friends and they all love the shop as well. I totally recommend this shop if you want to get a great haircut. ^^

I came here for a fade. I showed five photos of EXACTLY what I wanted it to look like, from every angle. Too much hair was taken off of one side, and in an attempt to fix the other, they now are uneven and my hair is shaved up front. I have truly never hated a haircut, until this one. I will NEVER come back to this location, and I have already told everyone at our local business to avoid it. I was told before I left that I "must have never had this style of haircut before" WHAT?

Say goodbye to rolling the dice and potentially settling for an inferior haircut from one of the chain salons. The Barber shop was a very friendly and comfortable place. The two women their, who cut my hair, were super friendly and they did a VERY nice job with my hair. They were really sociable and really good with their work too! I would recommend this barber shop to anyone who wants a haircut and a friendly environment along as well! :)

I walked in and was in a chair immediately. I had a botched undercut from a different shop and came in to get it fixed. The wonderful women not only fixed my undercut but reshaped my edges and had my hair looking great again. No fuss no muss. Great price and excellent service.
