Can I give negative stars??? This place is still listed online as Tiffany Nail Spa, but the name above the door is Idol Nail Spa. The woman doing my pedi took a huge chunk off my toe - it looks like a mouse took a bite. I have no idea how she ended up cutting me where she did - it is no where near the actual nail bed. She tried to hide the cut by shoving my foot back in the water. Once I saw it was bleeding, she put some antiseptic on it - without warning me - and I spent the rest of the pedicure in pain. Once I got to the mani, and the skin on my feet started to dry, I realized just how bad the injury was. When I complained, she said she would discount the mani - but still charged me for the spa pedicure - $50!!! When I asked for a manager, I found out SHE was the manager! I took a picture of the cut (I wish I could post it here) and she looked annoyed and said if I wanted to go to a doctor, she would pay. But she did not give me her name or a card. And not once did she even bother to apologize! I am looking into finding the owner of this place to demand a refund. This womans behavior was absolutely inexcusable from start to finish. On top of that, the files they used looked nasty and worn down - I am scared that adherence to sanitation practices is lacking, and Im terrified that I may end up with a serious infection after this. DO NOT GO TO IDOL NAIL SPA!!!!!!! PS - I went back in to get a refund and to find out the name of the owner, and as it turns out, the woman who injured me and treated me so badly IS the owner! Unbelievable. Avoid this place like the plague.

VA BEAUTY SPA is a new salon in Ashburn. It was previously known as Idol Nails. Even though the new marquee has not been installed above the door, ownership was transferred in August of 2014. The spa has been remodeled, the owners and staff are courteous, professional and experienced. Steven and Anne are the proud new owners! I have known Steven and his wife Anne for over 9 years. Since my first nail appointment with Steven I havent seen anyone else. Over the years Steven and I have become friends and I truly respect his work ethic and the quality of the work he does. The new salon is full service and has a lovely atmosphere, and the staff is courteous and pleasant. If you are looking for a nail salon, or for a new salon you will be more than pleased with VA BEAUTY SPA.

I went to get my nails done this week. The place like new. The only thing is that I spent $75 plus tip. It was very pricey, I got gel nail and a regular pedicure. Not sure what each price cost. They just said your total Is $75. Not very pleased.. Not sure if the prices have change bc of new stuff they have in there or what bc very price I spent $90 in total for a pedi and mani :(

I went in on May 31, 2012 to get a full set with gel. Not even 24 hours later the gel chipped, the nail color started to fade and look old. I had gotten sunflower yellow and they only put two coats of polish. In addition, my nails are odd shaped and looked like an amateur has done them. I would never go back and get my nails done here. Just horrible technique.

I requested fills for my nails and a french manicure. The fills look terrible. I would not suggest them to anyone. They blamed the bad fill on the person that did it prior to that. That was them also and I do not believe that. I should have been offered a free correction. I do not suggest getting gel or acrylic nails here.

This salon is under new management. Steve is the new owner and he has been doing my nails for the past 5 years. My daughter, sister in law and I will not go to anyone else. People always compliment my nails and asked who did them. Great for pedicures too! Maggie

I am very happy about my gel nails, done by Lee who was very kind. Great work and not too pricy. Staff member is professional, helpful and very friendly. I would definitively recommend this place.

Amazing kind friendly and clean. This place is a new favorite. Pedicure worth every penny nails looked perfect. Above all the staff is so nice. I found my new nail pace.

Steven is amazing at what he does. Family owned business and I have been seeing Steven for years. Ill never go anywhere else.
