I am a natural hair client and go to Haemi every 2 weeks for a blowout/style. Haemi is absolutely amazing! She takes very good care of my hair, from recommended deep conditionings, managing and detangling, and straightening/curling it. My hair is naturally curly and frizzy, but after she does my hair, it is very silky, smooth and absolutely holds for 2-4 weeks. She also is an amazing consultant! She gives me hair tips and regularly discusses the state of my hair. I trust her to cut/trim my hair and buy products based off of her recommendations. Haemi also turned a previous horrible dye job into a beautiful chocolate/caramel balayage, which is still holding up today. We havent even had to touch up the color due to her high-quality products and maintenance of my hair. Haemi is all about quality which I like and am willing to pay for, but she still is extremely reasonable and wont try to force you to get more expensive products/services to make an extra buck. I am African American, which means a lot because most would be hesitant going to a white/asian salon, however, if you want pristine hair care, healthy hair, and absolutely professionalism mixed with friendliness, this is the place to go. My hair is fully straight and holds up in heat and humidity (for those who are still skeptical that she can get edges, roots, and "the kitchen"). I love the boutique feel I get at Creative Salon and Spa, the stylists never seemed rushed and I feel absolutely comfortable here. There is a lady that washes my hair and gives a free mini massage - it is life! EJ -the Manager, is trendy, cool, and super professional - she has the scheduling on point. I love Haemi and will continue to be a valued customer for years to come!

Went in there to get a walk in appointment and everything seemed to be okay, but more time I spent less confident I fell about quality of cut I was gonna receive from Allison. She started okay and had couple minute consultation and especially about how my hair was little stubborn and tends to stand up. But she went around like as she was playing a puzzle and tend to cut hair from region to region, not considering the entire head and how cut would have looked. Since Im used to my hair, I paid attention to quality of how closely she lined up but there were bumps and uneven matches as I expected from going around by connecting left to right but rather layer and part. She was fine but not really seeing the details of what I was talking about and asked if I wanted her to go over different areas, but if she cant see what I can see, how will she correct the issue? When it came to pay the bill, owner/manager asked if I was happy and I said not really. She then informed that there would be a better person to manage my hair style. I felt, since Im paying and yet you are saying that somebody else can have me satisfied with service and I just need to accept it as it is? I felt pretty upset with whole ordeal and not wishing to come back to this place. If you provide service then complete satisfaction with reasonable means should be their goal but they were not willing to discuss it upfront and nor did I want to help them in this matter since I really didnt want to argue about $30 haricut. But be sure to pass this place, if you want quality cut and satisfaction from a store that is standing behind their service.

I got a beautiful haircut from Lydia. Unfortunately, the atmosphere in the shop seemed tense and uncomfortable to me. Also, I had been told the first time I called that Lydia was not taking new clients. I was hesitant to believe that and called back in a few days. I got another person answering the phone and I got an appointment right away. Draw your own conclusions about that. When I called back for a second appointment I was told Lydia was no longer there. This I believed. I found Lydia at the Life Spa Salon on Trinity Parkway. She was as lovely to work with as she had been at Creative Salon and once again did a beautiful haircut. She is very talented and worth following.

Hair cut and color was fabulous. However, I took the time to schedule an appointment. I arrived 10 mins early. The manger sits me in the back room with another lady who was a walk-in. The manager then told the hairstylist that I was scheduled for to do my hair cut and color and the walk-in at the same time. She was trying to juggle us both which ended up leaving me in the back room for a long period of time by myself why she was dying the other ladies hair. The stylist did a great job with my hair, but it took 3 and a 1/2 hours. I schedule an appointment to avoid taking up my whole day for a hair appointment.

Update: Allison left the salon. So, I wont be going back to Creative. I did accidentally find her though, shes at Jon David in Union Mill! Ill be happily going there soon. I am a regular customer. Allison is the only person I ever see for color and cuts. She has always listed carefully to what I want and makes it happen perfectly. On top of that she is pleasant and friendly. I guess you could say I am very satisfied. I have been a customer for five years.

I just went to Creative Hair Salon and Spa for the first time. Lydia gave me an incredible haircut. I have fine, straight hair that is a challenge to cut. ( my hair is cut in a bob style) Lydia listened to me and really took her time. The price was excellent and it is very easy to book an appointment online. The entire staff was very welcoming. . Thanks, Lydia, for an outstanding style! Youre the best!

They told me I will have a discount as a new client. Last time I was there was 2011. I never did my hair there, I didnt remember being there, but it seems I did just my nails 5 years ago, how can I remember that? Really? I go to hair salon/nails place once a month. They charge me full price. The stylist was nice. I will not come back there for lack of seriousness. They lost.

Silviya is amazing! She cuts mine, and my husbands hair perfectly! The staff is wonderful and offers drinks while you wait. I was seen right on time and am very happy! I have very thick/curly/long hair and am usually very scared to have it cut. I now have beautiful long layers and am very impressed with the high quality of my hair cut. Oh, and my husband looks great, too!

Ive never seen my wife come home so upset after a haircut. At least have people who can actually do what they say they can do. Focus on the hair, not small talk. I can tell you honestly I could have done a better job then what she came home with. Definitely look for somewhere else.
