PLEASE DO NOT GO - I think the owner has mental issues. I dont know why there havent been any reviews yet. I went into Marshall salon in Centreville for a trim. Without asking any question as to what I want, the salon owner grabbed the end of my hair and cut it to less than half! While the haircut was in progress (which as a whole only lasted like 5 minutes), I expressed that she was giving me a haircut that I have totally not expected and that I havent even told her what I wanted yet. She didnt give me any answer. At the end, she said this is a beautiful haircut and charged me the full amount, not saying a single word like "you can come back to fix it if you really dont like it". It was pretty frustrating how she wasnt getting that my right as a customer was violated. After a visit to the nearby nail salon, I learned that she actually has some mental issues. The nail salon owner had her hair cut to an inch long and cried so much afterwards. Apparently, she also saw a lady grabbing the salon owners throat and screaming "you completely messed up my hair" at Grand Mart! Now, I am just thankful that I was only there for 5 minutes and it didnt get worse than it is now (and that I came out alive :)). My hair will grow! My lesson is, not matter how busy you are, take a minute to ask or check reviews before walking into a new salon..

Asked for a haircut using a picture. She didnt care to look twice. Started on the side of my hair where you would fade it. She started from the top and went down (it should never ever be like that). Effed everything up, couldnt find where the line should start. Asked to cut the top shorter to make it look somewhat bearable but she would argue against it. Im her customer, she needs to listen and pay attention.

Please ignore the review above that person was hired to incriminate an establishment since a rival beauty salon is just tryingto tarnish it. If anyone knows who this person that reviewed is. Please send information for harrassment and so the authorities who are investigating our harrassment can sue.
