You truly get what you pay for. Shantè called me over to cut my hair over 20 minutes after my original appointment time. I asked for an inch off for split ends and she cut off 3 inches. Its a good cut, but I wanted my length trimmed, not shortened. Strike 1. There were a couple stylists sitting around chatting while the phone rang, so my stylist answered the phone right in the middle of my appointment. Very unprofessional. Strike 2. An appointment call came in for a stylist who was working on another gals hair, and she took the call while she was in the middle of an appointment while she was doing a girls hair. Also unprofessional. Strike 3. Out. The stylists barely spoke to me, including Shantè. Strike 4. I may be "balling on a budget" because Im a full-time student with a job, but I will be finding another salon in the area for the duration of my time in Ashland.

Stacy has been cutting my hair for a number of years. This studio is very nice and Stacy and Shante are friendly and do an excellent job cutting my hair.
