Horrible experience, two horrible experience! I got my haircut and highlights done by Julia, I showed her a picture of how I wanted my hair highlighted, it was a light brown color. She highlighted blonde! So I told her "i do not like it, because its the wrong color, I want it brown" Again she went to go highlight my hair and again it was blonde, and I told her no I want brown. She tried the third time it was like an ombré color and I got tired of her highlighting my hair for an hour so I was like "just leave it" then she began cutting my hair and sent me off my way to the register without blow drying my hair. And charged me $130 for my hair!!! First of all she messed up my hair three times she could have charged it less. Anyways today I scheduled another appointment to just get my hair done, this time with Marisa. I was 10 min. Late I had just parked my car when they called me to cancel my appointment I asked why? They said because I was 10min. Late and so they gave my spot to someone else. They could have called me and asked "oh are you close by, or are you coming if not do you mind if someone else takes your place?" Would have been fine. It the way they told me was just RUDE. The receptionist there are so rude and Julia was HORRIBLE!!!!!!!! Bottom line NEVER coming here again!

Just moved to Manassas a few months ago and I needed my bangs cut. So I did a lot of research of the surrounding hair salons and found that this PR at Partners Salon & Spa had pretty good reviews for the most part. When I called to make an appointment I told them I just wanted my bangs cut no length taken off of the back of my hair. She made me an appointment for the next day. When I got there the receptionist asked me to fill out a form since I was a new customer. The next thing I know some lady comes over to me (calling me by the wrong name) saying I dont need to fill out the form because "Im not getting a real hair cut." I had a picture printed out of the EXACT way I wanted my hair to look. She told me that if she were to blend my bangs into the front of my hair (not even touch the back of my head) the cost would go from $5.00 to $55.00. I personally found this to be ridiculous for a bangs cut no length taken off, no color, nothing. SO to top it off, my bangs turned out looking nothing like my picture and she was extremely rude and judgmental sounding during our brief conversation. When I was walking out the door she says "Call back when you want a real hair cut." RUDE! I will not be going back to the Bristow Pr at Partners Salon. I hope this helps :)

Its been over a year since my poor service with PR, but I still want to share my story. After a good experience with one of their hairdressers, I booked an appointment around August 2014 with them for my wedding (my wedding was in November 2014). A couple of weeks later, I got a call asking if they could change my hairdresser. I said no problem, I wasnt picky. A couple of weeks after that they called again and asked if they could bump my appointment to earlier in the day. That actually worked better for me, so I said fine. Then about a week before my trial run, one of my bridesmaids told me that since they changed things twice on me, I should call to make sure everything was all set. I called, and they had a different hair dresser for my trial run and my wedding day. Well, thats not going to work! If I wanted the same hair dresser, Id have to come in at 9am on my wedding day. I ended up canceling my appointment and luckily found someone else to do my hair on short notice. It still pisses me off that they couldnt try to work around my schedule. Hopefully things have improved since then, but I will never go back.

I have gone all over looking for a stylist who can do my hair the way I have always wanted it. I have been to Washington DC, and to the supposed best in the area but until I found Brooke I was not satisfied. Now I am blown away with how good my hair looks. I get complements all the time. From my color with high and low lights to the cut, it is exactly what I wanted. I told my sister about her and now she loves Brooke. She also says she get complements all the time on her hair. I have very straight hair and my sisters natural hair is very curly and Brooke does each of us beautifully. She is the Best I have found. Thank you so much!!!!

2 out of my 3 appointments I have had set up here have been cancelled. They kept the first one and I had a decent cut, so I scheduled another appointment and they tried calling me to cancel when I was in there parking lot! Today they call and cancel on me an hour and fifteen minutes before the appointment. i have a family and work 65+ hours per week so its extremely important to me that appointments are kept. Thats why you make appointments - to plan ahead. Very disappointing and will be more than happy to spend my money elsewhere. I guess you have to go here religiously or be an employees friend to get service.

I have always had such a great experience at this location. I had my hair cut by Carolina for the longest time and when she moved, I started seeing Marisa. Such a down to earth girl and does EXACTLY what I ask for. I walk in, show her a picture and BOOM. Always blow dries my hair and 99.9% of the time even curls it for me :) I have always had wonderful service. I have been late just a few times but I CALL because I AM THE ONE RUNNING LATE. I do not believe it is their job to follow up with you. If you are running late...that is YOUR fault! Love this place.

Love love LOVE Aida. I decided to cut off about 8" of hair to a pixie cut before heading off for my first year of college. I really had no idea what I wanted, and came out with hair I loved. Shes a sweetheart and seems like she genuinely enjoys chatting while styling your hair, instead of just looking for a bigger tip. My only complaint is all the hair on the floor. Its pretty gross stepping on other peoples hair and getting it on my shoes as I walk to her chair.

I am very particular about my hair. I want it done a certain way and used to be terrified of a stylist messing it up. When I went to Brooke I was instantly comfortable with her. She is friendly and very good at listening to exacly what you want...she is hands down the best. Her results are always beautiful, I have never been anything but pleased with her. SHE IS THE BEST!

I love how Brooke makes me look. I get compliments all the time on my hair from the color to the cut. I had a gentleman come up to me and tell me my hair looked perfect. She is the best I have ever been to. I use the salons other services, like facials and messages and they are also wonderful. Very relaxing I walk away feeling refreshed and beautiful. Thanks!!!
