On Jan 18th my sister and I both had an appointment with Jessica at 10 and 11. We arrived a few minutes early and Jessica was still working on a client and confirmed our appointment was at 10 and if we would mind waiting we said no. Well I was not seen till 10:30 and Jessica did not apologize for being late -the client apologized 3 times (this should have been clue #1).Immediately I had my hair washed, no questions or consultation first about what I wanted. While Jessica washed my hair she had her assistance answer text messages for her and they chatted in Spanish. To me getting my hair washed is one of the most relaxing part of a hair appointment but the chatting and asking if I miss a spot let me know shows a lack of experience. After my consultation we decided on a cut- Jessica was very slow at cutting hair and she was slow at blow drying my hair. My hair to begin was just past my shoulders and I only wanted an inch and a half off so it shouldnt have taken that long.While I was getting my hair cut her assistance continued to bother her with scheduling questions. While Jessica mentioned she was a cosmetology teacher and how she passed all her classes with 100s I just didnt feel that was true with how slow she was at cutting.Also since I was a first time customer the assistant didnt know whether to put the form on the counter so I had put my hand out to her and they wanted me to fill out the form while I was getting my hair cut! My sister on the other hand, her hair had to be washed by someone else and it also took her over an hour to get her hair cut and it is shorter than mine! Jessica stopped blow drying my sisters hair and had her assistant help because she had to move on to another client! Jessica did come back to finish the blow drying. My appointment took over an hour and 15 minutes to do a simple hair cut. While I understand Jessica has only been the manager for a month the #1 thing to remember is the customer. I know I am not spending hundreds of dollars but I work hard for my money and I think its about the experience. The atmosphere, decor and the customer service need to change. While she did an okay job on our cuts we will not be returning again.

I was recommended to go here when I lived in Centreville in 2009 and been going here since, as luck had it my random appointment put me with Olga. Words cant express how great she is!! I couldnt imagine getting my hair touched by anyone else. She is an amazing person and loves her job, pays close attention to detail. If I dont like something, I tell her immediately and she fixes it!! (When styling my hair - I have never been displeased with a cut) If she wants to try something new with me, more layers or whatever, I completely trust her and have never been disappointed by her judgements. To top this off, shes also great to talk to and always greets me with a smile.

Very friendly staff. Knowledgeable and Very professional... I went there for first time on April 2013 and I was treated as family... they are highly dedicated to please every one of us. During my visit I quite observe also the interaction with others walk-ins and Monet staff offered a consistent level of service and welcome. For me, as Retail Manager, customer Service is very Important! And Danielle -owner- and her staff knows how to engage their clientele with supreme customer care. I highly recommend this Salon & Spa, all services are excellent and prices incomparable!

I was hoping this would be my salon (new to area). I called in to make appointment and Owner was extremely nice and welcoming. Unfortunately, my stylist did not comprehend a trim....I made sure to explain I am growing out my hair and only wanted a slight trim. Also provided picture of long term goal. She stated my hair was very healthy and to "trust her.". I guess she cut my hair the way she felt it should be cut which was a three inch trim with very layered pieces. Not at all what I explained or showed her before she began.

Ok after I came to this place last year and it wasnt really nice I decide give it a try after an color emergency when I first came I was shock THE ENTIRE PLACE LOOKS COMPLETELY DIFFERENT. Good job for the new owner the customer service is unbelievably amazing the new staff knows about 2016 techniques and services. And the amazing thing is THE PRICES STILL THE SAME so far one of the priced place for hair in Centreville. How convenient NEXT TO WELLS FARGO!!!! Trust me Im amazed Ill definitely come back

Went to Monet Salon last Thursday. Made an appointment online for the same day and it was super easy! I arrived really early which wasnt a problem at all! My hair got really messed up from another hair dresser so I had more than 4 different colors! Jessica and Nathalia took 6 hours to fix my hair exactly how I wanted it! They wouldnt let me go before it wasnt perfect! Awesome service! Awesome people! And the price was absolutely perfect! Ill see you guys soon!!!

I just got my hair highlighted in Monet Salon I moved from California I chose Monet salon based on the high reviews online. The color is perfect and No a “general” highlight like happened in Cali before. My hair looks great and the prices matched perfectly with what you received in there. The Staff is really nice and warm. I absolutely will come back for my retouch.It gives me a piece of mind knowing that I found a Hair Salon in my new home.

I visited here after I was not able to get in to see my regular guy. I am really impressed by it and I am definetly going to return as a regular. The staff are all really friendly, you get a nice head massage with your shampooing, the price is reasonable, and, most importantly in the end, I was very pleased with my hair color and my haircut. Great place that I highly recommend.

Ive been going there for over 6 years but unfortunately it has been sold. The new owners seem oppressive towards the existing staff, they dont allow them to schedule the clients that have been coming to them for years. Luckily I found out my favorite hairstylist ❤️Olga moved nearby to celebrities salon located in the shopping center across from the pohanka Acura on route 50.

I have been to this salon a few years back for a hair cut and recently got my hair colored By Jessica. Even after all this time since Ive last went to this salon, I had a great experience. Jessica was awesome and listened to how I wanted my hair colored, and The end result was beautiful! I will definitely come back to this salon to get my hair styled again.

Last week I went to Monet salon. Im new in the area just 6 months. Trying for the 4th time in this area.. I absolutely recommend this hair salon in Centreville. The best salon!! Jessica and Ryza made my crazy multi colors hair to an amazing Balayage -Ombre. I wont try no more . THIS IS A KEEPER! And the prices are extremely good!
