The staff at this Ulta are wonderful girls with great attitudes. They are very helpful, and have always gone above and beyond to check for things in the back and have a smile on their faces. The issue is them HAVING to go to the back to check for things. This Ulta is constantly lacking proper stock. When I go in to look for my items, things are always misplaced on the shelves or put in the wrong spot.. resulting in concelears in my color NEVER being ordered. I have pointed this out 3 times to them in a 5 month span very nicely, and they have always been sympathetic but nothing has been fixed. Its VERY hard to find my color and was elated when I found Ulta in Central Park had it.. yet it is never stocked. Disaapointed and this resulted in me having to order from the dealer instead. I dont know who is in charge of orders at this store, but they are doing a poor job. The girls on the floor are always busy and helping people, so I dont know if its a lack of staff or just not a big priority for management.

Made a hair appt. on the computer at 11a.. For 4 p.m. Got to ultra at 3:20 p.m. And the salon manager said "we are running way behind...I dont know what to tell you as to a time . Can we move you til tomorrow?" I drove 1 hour and 15 minutes to be told that and had made my appt early. My daughter had one at 5 and we cancelled both. Will never use this salon again and will be sure not to recommend to anyone(including friends who currently use it). Needs better appt planning or management

I went to Ulta yesterday for an item that is currently not in stock at this time and instead of letting me leave not happy, Jonathan stepped in and took wonderful care of me. He made some foundation recommendations, to include trying several colors until we found a perfect match!!! What a wonderful young man. A very patient and kind young man!!! I will definitely be going back and also recommending my friends to go pay Jonathan a visit!!!

Most of the associates are very nice and helpful.... when Im dressed in regular clothes. When I go in there in my work uniform that has gotten dirty and Im not done up, I get ignored. Rarely do they ask if I need help unless my hair and make up are done. Little do they realize that I spend hundreds of dollars a month in there, regardless of how I look. 5 stars for selection, 2 stars for customer service, so 3 stars total.

Went in today with my husband & 3 kids . I was so clueless about makeup & contouring, but Jonathon was so helpful he helped me with everything I needed from cleansing to contouring. He is such a great person and explains every product so well . I left this store feeling beautiful & better than I have in a long time :)you guys have made a long time customer

Ulta is Fantastic. I forgot to bring my makeup with me on vacation, so I had to find a place to grab the essentials. The ulta staff was very attentive and helpful, one of them took the time to match up all my foundations needed. They had EVERYTHING I needed and the name brand products Im used to. Friendly staff DEFINITELY. mahalo ulta!!

I went to the salon at Ulta and wanted to trim my hair just enough to get rid of the dead ends. I was charged $62 for a TRIM. Less than one inch was cut and my bangs werent even touched. They are overpriced and they dont tell you the correct price upfront. Needless to say I was very upset and I wont be going back.

Mercedes in the salon is the best!!!! For me she always executes a contemporary, youthful haircut. I love how much she texturizes my hair!! I always schedule around my upcoming vacations and holidays and she always finds a way to accommodate my schedule!
