I have never been happier leaving a salon. Julie spent a lot of time with me and gave me exactly what I wanted. I dont think they are any more expensive than any other salon....unless you are used to one of the walk in 20 dollar hair cut places. Julie was able to work me in on a very short notice. I have an important conference to go to and now I can go with much for self confidence. The Salon is cozy and wonderful and the women are great!! I felt very comfortable there. I have also made 2 more appointments for the future. Thank you very much !! Yvonne

The owner Julie is rude! She talks down stylist, her poor assistant I felt so sorry for her. Barking commands at her. Julie is all about making money, She doesnt care about her clients or her stylist. She seemed to have an attitude cause one of the stylist called out because she was in a car accident. Not the type of small business I want to support! The salon also gave me an awful migraine when I was done.

When I go to this salon, I feel like I am the only person there. All the stylists are so professional and friendly and caring. They are also very knowledgeable on the newest cuts and color and products. There are not enough good things I can say about The Downtown Salon. I adore going there and I always walk out looking like the Diva I am. Thanks yall for always making me feel so special.
