S & H cabinets is a treasure. The cabinets are wood with strong hinges. The craftsmanship is excellent, and the customer service is more than superb - its actually a pleasure interacting with Earl. The house we are building has a small kitchen, but S & H gave me the same detailed attention that they had given to friends for whom he has built cabinets for the kind of huge kitchens that you see in magazines. My cabinets are exactly what I had hoped for, right down to the smallest detail of where the handles would be installed for maximum convenience and appearance. When there was a question because I had not been clear in my communication, Earl contacted me to be sure he was interpreting what I said correctly. Earl gave excellent advice and suggestions, but the decisions were always mine to make. There was no pressure for me to decide upon something because it was customary or easier to do. When the granite man came to create the template, he commented on the quality of the cabinets, and he sees a lot of them. The price for the quality we got was less than we had expected. If you are building or remodeling, this will be one of the best phone calls you ever make.

We were extremely pleased with Dale, Earl, and everyone who worked on and installed our cabinets! Very professional and poilte, easy to work with. We had ordered a lazy Susan and it wasnt put in, we called and they were out the next morning to fix the mistake! They also have great recommendations for other things we were doing, like countertops. The cabinets are beautiful and one of a kind. They will work with you and draw up and do anything you want! It was a very pleasant experience and it made it nice and less stressful for us! Would highly recommend!
