Highly recommended! Timely response, quick and professional painting! I really appreciate CertaPro for their timely response, quick and professional painting work on our newly bought home. Our painting is a little bit urgent because we didnt start to contact painters until one week before our floor installation, and we really wished the painting could be finished before the flooring. I just searched online for local painting services, and found CertaPro and several other ones. I called them on a Friday morning about 10am, and told them our urgent need. Ashleigh from CertaPro was the first one to come to our home for the estimation. It was only one hour after my call, like a timely rain! And the quote was sent to me via email at about 1pm that afternoon, very quick. I also got another quote at comparable price with CertaPro, but we finally decided to go with them because their promised working time was the shortest, and personally I did have a very good impression in communication with them. Our painting is for all the walls, trims and doors, about 1500sqft in total. The work started from Wednesday morning and finished in Friday evening (their crew stayed late in Friday evening to finish the work, truly appreciate it!). Several notes here. There is one corner in the ceiling in the living room which needs some repair to cover the tape problem. I thought it would be good enough to just cover it. However, they patched it so well that I couldnt even tell it. It seems they took some sample from the other area in the ceiling, and did some analysis and mixed the paint to best match the current ceiling color. It is totally amazing! I didnt expect it could be fixed so well. Also, we have a tiny closet which is very difficult to paint. But they did and did it well! There are tens of holes on the previous wall and some very heavy stains. But after painting, they are all gone! I wish I could upload some pictures for comparison. The painting is very careful, and looks so pretty. The crew is very nice and hardworking. Thank you so much! Plus, they accept credit card payment, and the online payment is very convenient. Special thanks go to Ashleigh Ward, who always responds to my phone calls and emails very very timely! Very professional! Thank you! Certa Pro did a phenomenal job for us not once, but twice! We will always call on them to complete our paint and carpentry jobs from now on. They have a high standard for quality and did a great job with each of the challenging projects we gave them. Their recommendations really enhanced the curb appeal of our house and they were able to fix an unsightly ceiling paint fiasco left by another company. I have learned to always call CertaPro to get the job done right and would recommend them to everyone I know!

I would not use CertaPro painters. We had them paint our 10x20 deck. They didnt want to powerwash initially, but we insisted and paid the extra amount to make sure there wouldnt be any issues. within a few months the horizontal boards are already peeling paint and guess what they are not covered under the warranty. When we contacted the local certrapro group they said we had to call cooperate since they wouldnt fix it and guess what cooperate doesnt respond. Save your money and use another group.

What a difference! Our stairway was covered with a decade of smudges and fingerprints. That inspired me to contact CertaPro. In speaking with Kim, I realized I wanted half of the downstairs and the whole upstairs hallway painted, too. Kim helped us choose wonderful colors and made sure she knew every detail of what we wanted. The painters did an incredible job; my house feels new and polished for the first time! The process was easy, and the painters were professional from start to finish.

My experience. Well lets see. Use 2 work for jesse cobb on his chrew. Went above and beyond me and the other guy walter. We worked late nights to make everyone happy and did a good job when he was never there. Always shorted our pay. And didnt pay on last job. Took a break and was told i had my job back. Was told 2 my face. And apparently went straight to the shop and customers and said he had fired me. Wow. Lol. Would not recommend him or his crew

Great experience with CertaPro. Kim Benson was extremely helpful in choosing colors for our rooms that complimented the existing colors and decor. The painting was scheduled promptly and completed within 2 days. The project included 5 rooms and 2 bathrooms. Everything was neat, well done, and more than met our expectations. If we have more painting needs in the future, we wont hesitate to use CertaPro again!

I was pleased with the speed and consideration CertaPro showed when I requested an estimate, but I ultimately hired another outfit to paint my trim. If asked I would certainly suggest that a homeowner get an estimate from them for whatever work they need done. The more estimates you have , the better decision you can make.
