This is a great gym with expert instructors/coaching and multiple levels of intensity to fit students at any level and a mix of arts to fit just about anyone. The staff excels at motivating each student and pushing them to challenge their own limits. My son has been a student for 3 years, and the results are excellent. Ive studied different styles, in and out of uniform, here and overseas for more than 20 years. This is a gym you can call Home.

I have been a member of Charlottesville MMA in Virginia for seven months and the people and coaches there are amazing my son is 7 and he does the kids program and is learning so much he is not being bullied at school anymore he is learning self respect and discipline and I am also learning self respect and discipline for myself please come and check us out

Anyone can write a review what I would like for you to do is - take a trip our to this gym and I guarantee you wont want to go to any other gym. The coaches are not only coaches they become your family, its the greatest feeling in the world to support such great people and that makes a TOP NOTCH GYM
