In the last month, Ive now had a repeated problem about packages going missing after being in this post office. One departed on May 19th and Ive still not received it. Another just departed yesterday and Ive already gotten a notice from Amazon that now that package now has a delay. What the heck is going on here?! Ive got tracking pulled up for both of these packages (containing multiple items) and I hope to see some movement my way soon. This is ridiculous. Anytime a package goes through any other post office, Ive had no issues, and now anytime I see a package going through this post office I guess I have to worry about it going missing. Are your workers taking these packages? Are they getting dumped in a ditch somewhere because someone decided not to do their job? A repeated problem is worth looking into so I hope someone will look into this. Im so fed up.

I am willing to post no star, frankly. I have different carriers delivering my mail. Each hold that I have requested has been unnoticed by the main carrier even after seeing her and reminding her. Calling the post office during business hours is a joke-line is busy all day. One of my packages was going to be sent back as "wrong address" as the reason. Fortunately, I track my mail and it was delivered to my mailbox which is apartment-sized. Packages are stuffed in my box. And I mean stuffed. Even with multiple requests to leave them at my door. The standards of the carriers lack greatly except for one carrier who knows what hes doing. Apparently, we should be thankful to get our mail in ANY condition! Someone needs to up their standards and fire workers who only care about their paycheck.

Had the most HORRENDOUS experience ever as a customer with George, a supervisor at this location, today. After berating me at the counter for having the "nerve" to "ask them to take 5 minutes" to track a package I mailed to my husband in Afghanistan, he ended up refusing to talk to me and walked away. Customer Service?? Clearly, not here. His demeanor was that of attempting to intimidate me with his glare and "What did you come in here for" questions - he was not amused when I refused to be intimidated. I will NEVER return to this location ... I will be driving past it as I go elsewhere to mail my packages so that I know they will get where I mail them ... and I suggest others do the same. Otherwise, be warned - George is NOT interested in customer service on any level.

If I could give the United States Postal Service a -5 star review I certainly would. I was to receive a letter, a simple letter in a regular standard envelope from Alaska, it took 5 damn weeks to arrive to me! I mailed a letter to VA Beach from Chester, over 10 days later it has still yet to arrive. The price of stamps continues to climb but the service you receive for the increased pricing is in the gutter. I could have crawled my letter to VA Beach faster than these folks can deliver it with all their employees (who make good money) and their fleet of vehicles. Its pathetic and disappointing that in the UNITED STATES of AMERICA, the leader of the free world and a world Super Power, its citizens cannot depend on getting a letter to be delivered in a timely manner.

Had a package scheduled for pickup for return. Saw a lady pick it up and leave. It took a while for the return so i went to check on it. They said no one picked it up, but someone went by and nothing was there. I asked the manager if he could check again and he just kept telling me no one picked it up. A few days later, the company i was makung the return with said they got it! Who picked my stuff up then? How could that not figure that out! No organization.

was waiting all day for a mail delivery. did not matter if I was home or not. I was just excited about what I ordered and seeing it. I checked the delivery status around five thirty in the evening and it says that business was closed or not answer at the door. for one thing my front door was open all day and I have a dog. Are you kidding me!? I put 12 pieces of mail (special invitation 6" X 4 1/2" size envelopes) in my mailbox. Pulled the red flap up. Went back and put additional mail in. Went back on the 3rd trip to put one more in. As I looked inside, mail was delivered stuck in between the outgoing mail I had put it. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!? Talk about NOT paying attention to your job. Somebody in the office needs to hear about this one because THAT was pathetic!

Packages delayed...waiting on eBay package that tracking showed as "out for delivery". Postal worker came at 11am, but no package. When I checked the status that evening, the tracking info stated that there was a "notice left" at 540pm. We were home and no notice left. Very frustrating. Lies.

I requested to hold my mail and all my mail is missing, including my new drivers license, important mails. The supervisor said that there is no mail. He went to check twice and said the same. I do not understand where all my important mail was irected. Very irresponsible !

Cant get ahold of anyone to report that your mailman keeps knocking my mailbox on the ground instead of delivering my mail. Im waiting on an important package and this is really getting on my nerves. 40 to 50 minutes for a wait time is absolutely ridiculous.

Man Ive been tracking a package that was supposed to be delivered from here and its been stuck here for two days! And I just read an article that says the delivery men throw away mail because they cant keep up with delivery deadlines.

I go to this post office almost daily, and I absolutely love the front staff. Tracy, Wendy, and Gene are such a delight and always have something nice to say. They go above and beyond on customer service here!

Worst place ever. The manager could not assist in locating a money order. All other locations Ive been to have been successfully been able to. Very disappointed with the entire service. Anyway usps aint S%%t.

Awful. Always getting my neighbors mail. Had several Ebay items that never made it to my mailbox, even though it had been marked as delivered. Postal workers get paid well for a half done job.
