I had a wonderful experience at this post office location. I had been waiting for several packages shipped from overseas that had shipping charges in the hundreds of dollars. Somehow I had either overlooked or never recieved a delivery notice. (Im not sure whos to blame for this which is why Ive rated 4 stars instead of 5.) By the time I found tracking numbers, the tracking information stated that a delivery attempt had been made and that if the packages were not claimed by May 23rd they would be returned to sender. I found this on the night of the 23rd when everything was already closed. Hopeful and humble I went to the post office an hour before they opened where I ran into a postal worker who momentarily passed through the lobby. When I asked for help, he not only cheerfully and enthusiastically found my packages, he let me sign for them and take them an hour before they where officially open while another friendly postal worker helped me carry them to my car. You both blessed my day. Thank you. 3 months later. Im updating this review to 5 stars. I have been back to this location 4-5 times since writing the review above and every time I leave in a better mood than when I entered. The staff is always helpful, cheerful and full of energy. I look forward to going back.

I have never been so frustrated with any agency in my life. If I could rate this location a zero stars, I would. About a month ago, I realized I wasnt getting my mail, so I immediately contacted usps to state my claim and they said they would investigate and get back to me. Two weeks later, I hear from them and they tell me that the issue has been resolved. Fast forward two weeks later and Im STILL not getting my mail!!!!! So, I decided to call my local usps instead to see what the issue was. The first time I called the employee said she would " investigate" and get back to me. Fast forward two days later and I called a second time and I spoke to the manager. I told her my situation and that it was VITAL that I get my mail. She also assured me she would get back to me and still NO PHONE call!!!! Not to mention, she was sarcastic and rude. I tried again this week (almost a week later) but the number has been busy for 3 days straight! Ive been calling at different times and the line is always busy. I cant even leave a message! Im so frustrated and furious with this agency and with this location. How hard is this to fix ?!!!!!!!!! They clearlyyyyyy need new management !

They not only left a slip that my package was at the post office, but when I got there the thing that helped me tried to chastise me by asking me inappropriate questions. When I told her I took the day off just to receive the package and that USPS never attempted to drop off the package she shrugged and might as well have farted along with it by the look on her face. She proceeded to tell me that it was on the truck. I rescheduled delivery and my mail never showed up period the next day. USPS is probably run by a whole bunch of idiots that have no sense of integrity or professionalism at all...and get paid to be that way because USPS never holds their customer service in high esteem. I still have yet to get my mail...nor my family. Giving them 1 start was way too high of a rating.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I have had several packages delivered to neighbors and mail with personal information sent to the incorrect address. What set me over the edge was I had 2 packages with items over $150 and they delivered it to the wrong mailbox. I have called several times and went up myself to find out where the package was. No one could help and told me I would have to call the supervisor" Ive tried calling multiple times still no one can tell me where he/she is. Had an employee arguing with her co-worker while I am still on the phone with her!! To top it off, the woman was so rude and did not care that I was frustrated and continued to talk about what SHE goes through with her co-workers. POOR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. And I still have yet to receive my packages.

The worst post office and customer service imaginable. My boyfriend and I payed $100 for a P.O. Box and until this day who knows, where my mail is going. I have called multiple times and they say they cant help because, they dont know who I am and talked to me in a very disrespectful way. I just called right now 4:35 PM and this guy hang up on me. I just want to know where is my mail and why my key doesnt up my P. O . Box. What I need to do for somebody professional helps me at this place?. I am not the kind of person who complains but, at this point Im so frustrated and upset. I have my receipt, a key and plenty of phone calls logs that can prove everything Im saying.

Mixed experiences. First USPS seemed to have lost my online booking for a P.O. Box during a move so I was forced to rent a second one. Because I had email evidence, they were able to do a refund. Recently however, I have a new problem. I set up mail forwarding to my P.O. Box from where I was living. I got a notice that I will be receiving at least one piece of mail belonging to the current tenants. I went in to sort this out and the woman told me it couldnt have happened and then made me wait for a supervisor to tell him instead. And wait. And wait. When nobody came, I asked her to check when hes coming or I could come back and she just ignored me. Completely. Very rude.

The worst post office and customer service imaginable. During the past 20 days, mail has been delivered four times. I got a bill that had been in transit for over two weeks -- I received it on the day payment was due. Call the post office and you either get a busy signal or no one picks up the phone. Complain and the supervisor will say he cant get better work out of his employees. This post office should be investigated. Much of the mail I would have received normally over the past 20 days has yet to appear. Where is it? Lets just contract out mail service and achieve some accountability and better customer service. Shameful.

Took them 3 months to figure out why I was not getting mail to my new PO Box. I made at least three visits to clean up the problem, each visit took at least 45 mins, mostly waiting for service, and each time was told they either fixed the problem or would call back. In the end, the problem was as simple as them not clicking the box to make my PO Box active, unbelievable! Other problems: 1) I completed form request to be notified by email when i have mail, that was over a month ago, so far no notices and I am getting mail., 2) local mail sometimes takes four days to arrive after dropping off at this location
