I keep close track of my packages ordered via their tracking numbers. I tend to have to send the lady back a few times to "find" my packages that were scanned as delivered to the Post Office. I went from two packages that she gave me to a bag she "found" with 10 more of my packages. I can never be certain I am getting all my mail without a 10 page spreadsheet- not to mention, with my schedule, I can only get to the post office to get boxes 2 days a week- it is frustrating.

Judy at the Occuquan Location is the Absolute worst slice of Customer Service I have ever had, I am very upset and I feel very disrespected that I was rushed off the phone the way I was. She didnt help at all with any of my questions, hung up on me and this is unacceptable service. This is not how you treat people.

Baaaaad customer service With respect to Asian and old people this particular one has no sense of customer service. Other branches will help you and make it is fan experience, but not the lady in this one It could be a race issue. White people wont face any at this location but others will Anyhow

Great post office- always a smile. If they served coffee or beer with their service, theyd sigle-handledly turn the U.S. postal service red ink to profitbility! ...well, almost ;-)
