I am a regular customer at the baileys crossroads post office but the seven corners location was on my route to work today. I had a prepaid small package to drop off but discovered that this location has no drop box in its lobby. It was 8:00 AM and an employee was in the building walking around but he refused to simply allow me to place my prepaid package on the counter. He couldnt even devote a full sentence to me and walked out of the public area to avoid me. I dont understand why I was not allowed to drop the box off, it required nothing from him and would have been equivalent to using the drop box at any other post office. I am certainly never using this post office again and I am likely to use UPS or FedEx because they are open at convenient times and have an actual understanding of customer service, unlike the post office.

Worst customer service on the planet! The drivers are too lazy to deliver my package and delay it 3 days. When i call to complain. the local number only gives you a busy signal and the national help line says, "Well you can go pick it up then because i cant do anything about it" ARE YOU KIDDING ME?????!!!! Never us USPS they truly suck at their job.

The PO is there on the upper level of 7 corners near Tiffanys Bakery. The hours are 9-5 M-F only, and they are closed for lunch every day from 2pm to 3pm. There is a mailbox on the outside, but no large dropbox. If you need to drop something large after hours, go to Baileys Xroads PO in Culmore Shopping Center.

I went to US Post Office at seven Corner Branch for sending my emergency parts at 4.56pm on Monday but they closed the doors before at 5 o clock and that staff expression is very rude, they shout oh!!! I did not sent my parts that day ....
