I live in Arlington and work in Springfield, so this is the most convenient US Post Office to me during working hours. The last 2 months Ive been sending packages with prepaid slips associated to them and using this location. The other day the man working at the Backlick location told me I could not send my mail from that location because they do not get the credit for it. I usually drop it in a road side box, but I find it better to walk it into the office and get a receipt. We went back and forth, he was very passive aggressive. I should be able to send a package from any US Post Office. Now I do not go to this location AT ALL or I drop it in one of the road side boxes. Its too bad. I encourage the use of the post office versus other options, but I dont encourage using this location. PS - I know this guy is a good worker and his coworker is fantastic, but this was just an unfortunate situation. I hate that I can not go here anymore.

Terrible service, Slow service, rude staff, just a horrible experience. Postage machine didnt work, either so had to stay in line for 20 minutes but only 3 people in front of me. Worst. Post office. Ever.

Limited service and out-of-the-way post office, but its arguably better to take the extra time and effort to go here than the excrementally SLOW and INEFFICIENT Kingstowne location. Caveat emptor!

Mr. Ngoc helped me out choose which mail option would be best to send out. He was patient with me and answered all questions. Im glad there is a local USPS and so friendly! Thank you!

They NEVER KNOCK ON YOUR DOOR.. FORCES AN INCONVINCE. Then when you try to get a redelivery they again fail to come up to the door when open to have you sign.
