This is the FOURTH time (FOUR TIMES!!!) that a package has been marked as delivered, but it has not left this post office location and given to the delivery agent that picks up the packages for my job. I mean, how stupid do you have to be to say "oh yes, this package is right where its supposed to be" when the final delivery address is NOT the post office address. I wish I didnt have to ship things through USPS to my job, but I dont want packages sitting on my front porch all day so Im stuck. Theyre absolutely incompetent at this location and I have to have the same conversation each time. USPS, please please please, close down this spot or replace everyone there because theyre just mooching off government money and not doing their jobs.

Package was marked as delivered but was not. Called Post Office and someone took my name then put me on hold for 38 minutes, so I called back. The phone rang and rang four times until one call went through. Guy said I would have to call at 8:00am and try to get my postman before he left to deliver. I asked if I could file a claim and he said I had to wait 30 days. This on a Tracked Letter that had an exact time that it was supposedly delivered.

They lost Christmas gift I bought for my wife. They usually loose packages and put delivered on their system. Very hard to get a hold of someone to get an answer. I even ask Amazon not to ship my items with USPS any more because they usually dont deliver. One of my package was even showing out for delivery for 3 weeks earlier this year. USPS used to be alot better and dependable years ago but unfortunately not now.

I wish I can give 0 star. They are so rude and not helpful at all. My package was an UPS innovation mail which gets transferred from UPS to USPS. My package was delivered to USPS a week ago and I confirmed with UPS. Yet when I call them, they continuously says they only received the electronic receipt and refuse to help me at all. The worst customer service ever and I will try my best to not use USPS whatsoever.

Quite a fun cast of characters-- Ive been using this P.O. for 9 years and have had uniformly favorable experience bring our office mail to Donna, Alfredo, Parmender (sp?), Jenny and Mr. Tommy Lou, the Manager. Within the bureaucratic constraints and regs. that the USPS has, the front line staff mentioned above have consistently made my many mailings through our law office as pleasant as possible.

Consistently the rudest most unprofessional staff imaginable. Supervisor actually said he did not care that the two post boxes in the lobby were broken, it was my problem. Unwilling to help customers in any way. This facility is the poster child for privatizing the postal service. Nothing will ever be done to fix it as these are all entitled government employees.

Worst post office ever! Packages are consistently late if not lost. Ive had neighbors bring me my packages from across the neighborhood multiple times. They never knock when they have a package to sign for, forcing me to get to the post office before 4:30 on a weekday to pick it up. Even worse now that amazon is shipping through them.

Constant issues with lost packages they mark as delivered. Constantly get mail for the wrong people, the people at this location are incompetent and unhelpful over the phone, horrible customer service as well. I wish I could avoid using them, but we are stuck with the US postal service.

this post office always loses my things or delivers it to the wrong place so I have to physically go in to pick up my packages. Worst part is that the wait time for the line to pick up the packages is an hour at best....

Terrible, they lost my certified mail, the person took my phone calls for 2 straight time was rude, didnt provide any help, and hang up on me. He spoke English with some kind of accent, you cant even understand.

I am 1.5 miles from this post office. My package from Australia made it all the there without incident. Now its gone missing. This isnt the first time. Something MUST be done about U.S.P.S. hiring practices.

My experience was pretty good. I went in after lunch time on a Friday and I spent 5-10 min sending my package. It was also delivered on time.
