The displays allowed me to pick my envelope quickly. The writing surfaces allowed me to address the envelop and insert the material I was sending. AND the person that helped my was friendly, knowledgeable, and talkative. The entire experience was pleasant.

Received a text alert saying my package was delivered! I then watched the mail truck stop at my mailbox but did not drop the package off and did not even put any mail in the box! Why scan a package delivered if they do not deliver it! Worst service ever!

I work in Damascus, live in Mt. Airy but go to the Monrovia Post Office because they are fast & very pleasant! I cant tell you how many times Ive gone completely out of my way just to do my postal business service at this branch.
