This particular location is very personal and the staff are always ready with a warm greeting. This is a small location serving southwest Prince Georges County. As with any USPS location, a delay can be expected on occasion. But if a wait is inevitable, it is pleasant, because the Patrons are just as polite as the staff.

I went to the office after my order said it was delivered. When getting to the office, the lady at the front was very short because she experienced that same question often. Customer service could be improved upon or signage posted if pick ups from external clients arent offered same day.

Very slow. Mail carriers constantly leaving packages at the curb, mailbox open, items being "delivered" but really still at the post office.

100x Better than Bryans rd which has rude employees....this on is not usually busy and service is much better.....-Patrick
