Carrier put a package in my box that appeared to be medication for someone who does not live in my home. There is no outgoing mailbox as I live in an apartment, therefore I put it on top of the mailbox as all people do with return to sender mail. A lady came by and asked my husband if we received it, we told her what happened. This lady was a postal worker, an hour later another postal worker this time a man came and beat on my door to ask the exact same thing. He was rude and loud and blamed me for the loss as the package apparently wasnt on the box when they went back to get it. He then blamed the previous postal carrier for not putting a new family name label in the box. I tried to be helpful but finally after two different people coming to my house and his rudeness, I told him it wasnt my problem. He rudely and sarcastically said, "Ill be sure to take care of your mail" making me think he would be retaliating by losing my mail. This was so unprofessional as this was a huge oversight on their part. I have been in my apartment a month and have notified USPS of my move and that this is my address. I attempted to do the right thing with mail you all incorrectly delivered to me without being inconvenience (some people would have thrown it away) yet their staff comes to my home after we already spoke to one staff member and hes unprofessional and putting responsibility for losing and incorrectly delivering someones mail and everyone but himself. Then the next day, I had a package to be delivered by Fedex Smartpost, delivered by the post office. The post office refused the package and refused to deliver it instead they told Fedex they had to, somehow the package ended up being marked as delivered to my door, never actually delivered, but fortunately someone found it at an incorrect door and brought it to my house. I called the post office numerous times and the woman that answered was very unhelpful telling me they never had the package, but not that they refused it from Fedex. I asked to speak to the manager and she said she was the manager like a bad imitation of Chapelle. She then completely ignored my issue and said "So, what happened to the package yesterday". I responded I would not discuss that a THIRD time when they deliberately cause issues with my package due to my refusal to pick up where they were negligent. I called back after this and a man answered who I began telling about what came off as a sarcastic threat from the man the day before and now my package was missing. He said "Well why didnt you call me? Im the manager". I explained about his third unprofessional staff claiming to be the manager when I asked for one. Unprofessional and even criminal to be federal workers tampering with peoples mail and retaliating against them for refusing to do their jobs for them. Do you really think I will ever go out of my way to take a package to the post office now that was mistakenly delivered to me?

Took a certain package there (I have sent many packages through there). One of the blonde ladys gave me attitude, because TO and FROM is reversed. I have sent many packages like this with no problems and the witch denied my package. So I nicely asked for paper and pen to make the appropriate changes. And the dam witch said "we dont have any". A postal office with no paper and pens. Ill just use fedex and ups for now. Poor service and quality.

Was serviced by Victoria for passport services, she was rude, dismissive and rushing me the entire time. Then she had the nerve to say make sure I dont take her ink pen home with me. Very humiliating experience. Manager was not on site so I wrote a nice email to Mr. William Lloyd, district manager for Northern Virginias USPS stores. Hope this doesnt happen to anyone else.
