I really with All Honesty Adore All The Stuff Members From That Facility. They are Very Professional, but never forgetting to Add, what so many Businesses are forgetting to Do, To Add the Spices Of Kindness, Feeling like You are A Friend and That you Belong to that Community, even though I drive 15 miles from my home at Stafford, to That specific Postal Office. Their warm welcoming and friendly smiles make a very big difference in my Life and I believe in everyones elses. I believe people complained due to be a more around a Business community and everyone wants to do their drop offs fast, forgetting that they have, Militaries, Dependents and Government workers that wants to do their drops at their One Hr. Lunch Time, and all of us some times have boxes or multiply letters to be mail out. I Believe even I have been in a Rush, I have not been in line more then 7 minutes and that is with a line of 4 or 5 people in front of Me. Now in Days People need to exercise Patience more then ever, due to our new technology, some people are getting to forget that we are human beings and that we are not Machines. Believe Me when I say. Your Postal Office is Awesome. And I will continue going even if I have to wait 1/2 Hr. Or more. Both my husband and myself have used this post office for mailing letters and packages, EVERY time we went there we were treated terribly, the workers there talked to us as if we were two years old and knew nothing at all. I mailed a package a few weeks ago and the process took 45 minutes for ONE package because they were not assisting me at all. My husband went there today to mail a package and in the middle of him being helped the lady said it was her time to leave and put up the closed sign in front of him...RUDE! We will be driving off base to a post office from now on where we can receive some quality service for once!

I have mailed out items at this location on multiple occasions, but Brian is truly a disrespectful individual. He was talking down to his co-workers and most importantly, the customers. I have NEVER been to a USPS office (and my business requires me to make multiple stops a week to post offices) and received this type of service from anyone. To think about it, I dont think I have ever came across such a condescending person EVER. This office need to consider on hiring individuals that show basic common courtesy skills and offer a welcoming atmosphere.

I wanted to thank the staff of this postal office. I sold a laptop through eBay recently, but quickly learned someones account had been hacked, and the item had been bought without authorization. I called this post office immediately, and was given the number to the post office in FL, where the package was destined. At no additional charge to me, I was able to stop the package at the next distro center, and am now having it shipped back to me, saving me around $650. Thanks again for the help!

This is a very average small post office. If you live or work on base you will get to know the few people who work here. As other reviews suggest, they have no problem taking a familiar attitude with patrons- even if they hardly know you. I like some of the jovial banter, but service is often slow. However, I find that they do their job very well and are often kind. They are understaffed, which sucks. Probably sucks more for them than for us patrons.

There is nothing like the "home" feel of walking into the quaint post office across from the railroad tracks there in Quantico, my hats off to the staff for their mannerisms and service to include the one and only guy there....yah B we know who you are. Take care of your people and they will in turn take care of you.

I have been going to this post office, off and on, for 13 years. The crew that is there now is the best I have worked with so far. They were courteous and friendly. Helpful when asked and make an earnest effort to assist when it starts getting really busy. Thanks for your professionalism.

This place sucks ordered steak and when they brought it to the table told us no steak knifes. Every ones steak was cooked incorrectly and were terribly tough. Everything had a strange after taste that i cant described but was not pleasant. Take my advice avoid this place at all cost

Great services , excellent food if u wanna have a good time its the best place in town..
