TODAY A EMPLOYEE RAISED ME THE VOICE IN THIS LOCAL AND TOLD ME SHE CANT NOT HELP ME Today I went to visit this post office and an asian lady with short red hair was walking around the office and self service asked me what do I want ? I just wanted a change of address and know where is my mail going ....she sent me to drive to manassas and I told her why cant change my address there ...she was very mean and rude raised the voice to me she told me they cant help me there I cant walk very good and I am in the last month of pregnancy and she told me go to the post office of manassas we cant help you even if you live close to here in front other costumers...I felt really bad ...post office must have nice personal that wants to work no those ones that threat you bad and nobody in this country must raise the voice .GOOD PLACE WITH JUST WITH THE WRONG EMPLOYEE INSTEAD BE NICE SHE RAISE THE VOICE TO U...THIS IS NOT RESPECT AND GO AGAINST THE PEOPLE RIGHTS....I AM VERY DESSAPOINTED

Abysmal service- tracking showed delivered in the mailbox, wasnt delivered there or at my door. Went there, gave them the tracking number, and they said they would leave a note in my mailbox with what they found. They didnt look for the package while I was there and the note in my mailbox was "please check with your room mate package had been del" (in extremely difficult to read writing). They acted as though if it the log said the package was delivered, it 100% must have been delivered to the right place. Dont try calling or using the site either, both are unusable.

Lost & delayed items and delivered wrong mails to my address, Awful! I have lived this area for 2 years (moved from D.C.). We have 364 units in our community and I have some angry neighbors who lost their packages and wrongly delivered items. Our HOA officially posted and announced that we had issues with this local post office. I have lost an item (never delivered!) and couple of items were delayed for days and weeks. Use "signature confirmation" service and insured the package if you can. Very bad never had this much trouble with USPS before!!

Didnt want to give them a star said my package left their post office at 8:30 am and arrived in my mailbox in Tennessee at 12:03 pm. This was my wedding ring they stole now I dont have one for my wedding someone needs to pay for this. Ruining my special day I think it is time to put this on all major news stations until the government does something about this after all they are government employees federal prison time I say reply to my post if you have anything stolen from this place Im going public dont steal a brides wedding ring dummies

I point out that the majority of people writing negative reviews have self created problem with the US postal system. My 30 plus years with this post office has been nothing less than excellent. This office has always been as prompt, even during last days of Christmas, courteous and helpful as they can be. It is always well staffed and fully functional. Anyone who has complaints about service here needs to look at their own problems with time management. I am not affiliated with the USPS in any manner.

My package was labeled as delivered in/at mailbox. No package in the mailbox or at the door. Called USPS and told me the carrier couldnt open the door and kept the package. Why wasnt it left in the mailbox, like the notification claimed? There were twenty people inside the facility at all times. Why didnt they knock? Customer service promised they would drop the package off before four. I never received my item. Worst service, follow up and overall performance from a paid position.

Worst place in the world, needs to be monitored by management, they do not answer the phone, after answering 30 minutes of ringing, they put you on hold for 20 more minutes, terrible attitude, not helpful, always losing packages have had multiple issues with this location, always misplacing, always mistakes, always causing issues with mail, angry drivers and angry team members. Who manages this place? Needs to be shut down. Please.

USPS had my package on the tracking site as being delivered in my mailbox. It was not there. When I called USPS, they put me on hold for 30 minutes, then hang up. When I called back, they said the courier could not remember but the package was no longer at the Post Office. In other words, they lost it and they have no clue how it happened. Incompetent staff, poor service. They lose your package and they have no accountability.

We were notified last night that a priority mail package was delivered at/ near mailbox around 4:15 pm. Looked for it until 8:30 - no package. Lo and behold a neighbor from a 1/4 mile away kindly delivered it to us. The 2 street names in no way resemble each other. Its a careless mistake especially with Priority Mail! Happens with our regular mail as well.

This 800 number is NOT helpful. I just tried to get the hours of operation of my closest postal office. 10 minutes and three atempts later I have given up. It says that if I tell them my zip code it will tell me the closest office, but it never named the one that is two blocks away. Im going to UPS to mail my package.

Came with tracking number to pick up a package. Employee would not go look for it and acted like they had no idea what a tracking number was. It took nearly 30 minutes for a simple pickup. Ups and FedEx need to put these guys under for good.

horrible - 2nd time they say they have delivered my package and its not. I call to try and find it and no-one ever picks up. the phone tree is a joke, I guess the cliches about useless postal workers started for a reason.

I went here for around five times, and each time I am satisfied with the service. This USPS office is always crowded but the waiting time is not long. But I really cannot understand that why no pen provided.
