Just called to set up an appointment to get a passport.. A female answered and after I asked about getting a passport, she told me that the Post Master is the only one who does that. And he "probably doesnt have any time to do it this week", because "he has other things to do." I was also advised to try another branch, as he wasnt in. Then when I asked when would he be in, I was told "he might be in late morning.. early afternoon, Im not sure... Call back around then to try and speak to him then". When I asked for his name, she simply said "Ben". No last name.. Just Ben. I am stunned at this level of awful customer service. Some of the worst I have every experienced. This was just short of "Go away!"

The ppl that work there are nice and helpful. The issue I have is they are always short on staff .Im mean always . And this means that alot of mail doesnt get posted on time . Then you have too wait until the next day around 12 . I think p.o boxes should be done first we pay for this Service .and shouldnt have to wait all day .

I visited Sat Oct 1, 2016 around 11:46am and the service I received was great. I mailed a package and she assisted with some paperwork to ensure all was accurate, fees, signature, etc. Thanks again even though close to noon closing time.

I find the staff helpful for the most part; the building is deplorable-old and run down, which is so often the case with these post offices.
