I decided to try this location since I was shopping in the area. The reason for my visit at this Post Office was to send a package that had a SMART return label affixed. It was around Noon and there were only two agents, both assisting customers. I was the second person in line when a line began to form behind me. After agent #2 finished with her customer, she left her station to answer the post office telephone while customers were lined up for service. Ive never seen this happen at any other post office. When agent #1 called for the next customer, I approached her station and handed her my package (with SMART label). The agent accepted the package and thanked me. I replied that I wanted a receipt and was told that they do not scan this type of package. I told her that Ive received receipts in the past at other post offices then she reluctantly scanned the SMART label, handed me the receipt and did not respond to my Thank you. Most likely Ill avoid this post office in the future.

This post office LOST a package I sent with a PREPAID label. I was given no confirmation when I dropped it off, because unlike UPS, the staff informed me USPS doesnt give receipts. I was told leave it on the counter, and leave. This bad judgement call ended costing me twice for the contents of my package, as it was never returned. I wont trust this branch again with my packages. I will drive out of my way to go to another post branch.

Post office always is the worst and here is too, most of the staff dont know what they doing. Last time I had just the box of the USPS Priority and the staff was said just because you have the box like that you cant send it other way or you have to change the box and that kind of stupid and dont make sense at all.

The staffs always have nothing to do but to chat. When you wanted them to accept the pre-paid packages. They basically said the postal policy is changed to not to accept the pre-paid packages through the counter. There was no body in line and you supposed to provide the services. The staff was rude.

This place might have the worst service Ive ever received at a post office. And they dont have an automated kiosk, so you have no choice but to deal with employees.

Funny, they dont provide clear tape just for my two piece labels, and asked me to buy, their services really suck
