I wouldnt even give a one star if I could. This is the rudest employees at any post office that I have ever encountered. I went to check my mailbox and a Christmas package was shoved into my box. Way to big to be put in a mailbox. It took me over 2 minutes to get it out and when I did finally get it out of my box it rip the pair of slippers that was in the package. So I preceded to call Supply NC post office and spoke to a woman named Carla. She said she was the manager in charged. Which she HAS NO BUSINESS being in charge of any business. I told her in a polite way what happened with the carrier shoving packages in my box..which has happened before but I never have called and complained. She preceded to get an attitude and said we do not have to delivery packages to your door! I said, what do you mean? She repeated what she said with a attitude toward me and then I said to her you mean to tell me us as customers that your carriers do not have to delivery packages? She said NO we dont...and I said that is ridiculous and yes I was upset with her but used no fowl language what so ever. She said I yelled at her. I was talking loud because she continued to talk over me without listening what so ever to what I had to say. Then Carla proceded to say...{EXACT WORDS} Do you want to see me use my power....I will show you! You will not have ANY PACKAGES delivered to your home anymore. And of course I got upset and kept asking why and she said because I can and will. Carla didnt even try to work with me to resolved this problem. She threw her power around because she is in charge. She should of spoke to her carrier and took care of the problem. SHE DOES NOT NEED TO BE IN MANAGEMENT. Very unprofessional and VERY rude. I have heard from a couple of other people in Brunswick county complaints about her. And as you can see from the other few reviews that other customers are having the same problem with packages not being delivered. And this is their job! Its called being lazy! If they had everyone in the county coming to pick up packages the post office could not handle that much traffic. The truth is Carla does not like no one telling her the truth or questioning her on the truth. Someone higher up needs to take a look at Carla and the way she treats customers and handle it in the professional matter as most businesses would do. I am not letting this go and will take it to the fullest extent of the law until this situation gets resolved and my packages are being delivered to my door which is only 40 feet away from my mailbox. Mrs. CARLA abuses her power as the manager as she says she is. She is not management material what so ever.

After all of these years of supporting my local post office, I am compelled to write a complaint about an experience that could have been rectified if I were working with professional, courteous and human people. Have you ever rented a vacation home for a family reunion, vacation or any other event? If you have, was there ever a time when you needed something delivered to that home? Well, unfortunately my vacation was temporarily interrupted by the Supply, NC Post Office. I rented the large vacation home for my daughters beach wedding. Everything was meticulously planned with the exception of my youngest sons outfit for the special day. He was in the wedding and needed to wear a certain color and type of shirt. I had MUCH difficulty finding it but when I finally found one, it was from a store in Virginia and needed to be shipped. I thought, "Great! I can have it shipped directly to the rental home!" Tracking the package was easy and when I found out that it was at the Post Office, I called them to ask if I could come pick it up. The woman who answered the phone was extremely rude and explained that "they are the post office, not a package delivery service. If the house doesnt have a mailbox, they immediately return the package to sender". As a matter of fact, she told me that as soon as the package arrived at the Supply post office, the carrier, knowing that the beach house had no mailbox, immediately sent it back to the sender (store). The carrier had no intentions of delivering the package. My disappointment comes from the fact that the post office makes no mention on their weblink about not delivering to beach houses and made no attempt to hold the package there for a day so I could travel to them to pick it up. An already stressful week was made worse until I could find a suitable replacement shirt. Having a successful business includes training employees to create, nurture and maintain relationships with customers. This post office location failed in this practice. Shame on them.

Expected a package to be delivered to the rental house where I was staying; ordered 2-day deliver but had no idea which carrier would be selected. On day of delivery I found out that package had been Sent Back by local post office with no attempt to deliver. I called them to see if it was still at the location. Person was very rude explaining that the carriers dont get paid to deliver to a location with no mailbox. After further inquiries with the shipper and USPS in NY, I was assured that the process of returning parcels took several days and it should still be there. I called the local PO again, got a woman on the line who was much ruder than the first person. Certainly glad this is not a store or they would have closed long ago. TERRIBLE Customer Service.

Was trying to decide which envelope to use to mail some over sized items. The gentleman saw my dilemma and found for me the least expensive way to solve the problem. Very helpful, courteous and pleasant.
