Ive been having serious issues with mail since November 2015. I dont usually mail a lot of things these days with everything being able to be done online. I usually just mail bday cards & holiday cards. But Im getting married and that when it started. almost a 4th of people who I sent save the dates to in November did not receive them. But I never once received a single one return to sender. Then the bridal shower invites which my MOH sent out of OH, a good number of people didnt receive theirs and 2 were returned to her deliverable when there was nothing wrong. Then my bridal shower thank you cards at this point I have made a check list to see who has received them. 13 out of 31 people did not receive their thank you cards. That is unacceptable. The only common denominator that this mail has is that it was routed to Jefferson road post office for distribution. I am beyond furious and dont know how or where to make a formal complaint. This is a issue. On top of that I am sending out my wedding invites in the next day or so and I feel like I am almost better of playing mailman myself and hand delivering them. But then I would have to do the same for the RSVPs WTF is going on with our mail system. I shouldnt have to send every single invite and RSVP return receipt to make sure it gets to where it is supposed to go and where is my mail that wasnt delivered.

If I could give this post office zero stars I would. Sent a check out over a week ago for rent payment. Get a call from my landlord saying the payment has not yet been received, which he lives in Binghamton about 3 hours south, so it should of been there already. Called this place (which expect to call about a dozen times before someone picks up) and talked to one of their workers named Dave. First time he hung up on me, called back 3 times before he finally picked up again and basically told me he has no idea where itd be, didnt even try to look. Being frustrated, I asked him if Im just gonna have to cancel it andremail the payment with late fees added on now and he said thats really my only option. Unbelievable, beware anyone that tries dealing with this branch because everyone that works there is names I dont even want to say via the internet.

Praying for an asteroid impact to level this place. They have not answered any of my 100+ call attempts in two freaking years. Packages pinball between unrelated cities for weeks. Tracking is a joke. Im waiting on a package that still has an anticipated delivery date for Tuesday (neat trick). Ive found my daughters birthday cards under the porch months later, and my packages left at multiple doors. Its not just casual negligence - there is intent. Edit: My important package has sat there for a month. Three separate clerks didnt notice that my shipper didnt include my street number. But a screenshot of the shipping confirmation from my shipper clearly shows my street number. They sent my package back overseas, and the supervisor is nasty as hell in his condescending tone. Im angry, embarrassed, and I really want to sue.

Although I live far away, I am served by this terrible post office. How often do they lose packages? All the time. How often do they forget to deliver packages that have been requested for delivery? Too often. If Ive had my mail held, and then want it redelivered-Oh my lord....I have to beg and threaten, and make call after call. This place is malfunction junction. Oh, and this is cute-during business hours I suspect that they take the phone off the hook so they dont have to help anyone. All you get is a busy signal. After business hours your call is routed to voice mail which is always "full". Horrible place. Also sad that people spend a fortune to mail packages which then are "lost" (or stolen?) within the bowels of this post office.

I tracked a package online and found that my package was sent from the Warrington PA PO to the Jefferson Road, Rochester PO 7/25 at 6:11 AM. At 6:45 AM, it was shipped to New Jersey. It arrived in NJ 3 days later, and 3 days after that, NJ shipped it to Warrington PA. Now Warrington PA is shipping it back to Rochester.I feel like its Groundhogs Day over and over. This is the 2nd package this week that has had delayed delivery because Jefferson Road misdirected it and sent it somewhere else. No wonder the USPO is losing money with all these extra deliveries and sortings. I could have had it on Monday, now its Friday and Im still waiting. And nobody can give me an answer why this happened. Time to start using UPS exclusively.

Registered for my passport at this location. The work staff was quick with filling out the paperwork, taking my photo, and sending off my information out. If you are planning to get your passport done however I would recommend going online to their website where they list all the necessary paperwork you will need when you get there. Saved me a second trip. If you need your passport in a small window of time dont go here. Processing took roughly 3 months before I received it in the mail. Drive down to Buffalo NY where they process your information directly. Ive been told you can get your passport in around 2 weeks time.

The postal employees in that office are getting lazy. Not only is our mail constantly in other peoples mailboxes up and down the street, we also get other peoples mail ...This week we were waiting for an important parcel that never arrived only to get an e-mail from the vendor telling us that the post office could not deliver because the "premises was unattended"...WHAT..My wife is home all day long, we have a mailbox out there where the regular mail came all week ...NOBODY tried to deliver this parcel, it was snowing and those lazy bastards did not wanted to leave the warm truck to get a signature.

I hate this f*uckin place, seriously. I have to drop off trys for a not for profit mailings. They are the most miserable, unhelpful people. I try to be as organized as possible and nice. EVERY single time I have done something wrong, when I am following the directions that the previous person gave to me! I only want to do the write thing, but all 3 people have a different way of doing things. They are mean, miserable, but the sarcasm is the worst. With attitudes like that, no wonder the USPS will be out of business in a few years. AND I a pretty positive they never, ever answer their telephone!

Im very dissatisfied in the delivery of my mail the people that they have handling the mail a very lazy they are not putting the proper mail in the proper mailboxes. This happens quite frequently I called for in a complaint left a message and I havent gotten a response back. Also the mailbox that I put my important mail in out side have not been delivered I put it in there last Saturday and my person has never received their mail yet! Who do I complain to? Who can look into the mailbox to see if my mail is just sitting in the Box?
