In the three years of having mail delivered by this office, Ive never received misdelivered mail from a carrier. Although Ive had one instance of a misdelivered package, the problem was fixed quickly and found its way to the correct porch after I talked to the postermaster. As far as parcel deliveries go, both of the regular carriers Ive had as well as their substitutes do well. My current housing requires walking up two flights of stairs and packages are always left neatly aside the door with carriers even knocking. As a carrier in Virginia myself, Im pleased with the service I am given here. To all other Ranson and Charles Town customers, be sure to appreciate your carriers and perhaps offer a water bottle to them once in a while.

Requested a hold on mail as I was out of town for a couple of weeks. Mail was supposed to be delivered the first weekday I was back, didnt get anything, assumed there wasnt much mail. Held mail was delivered yesterday, three weeks late! There were important papers in there that I was waiting for... Absolutely terrible

Usually the staff are courteous and easy to work with. However, after my mail was misdelivered, I contacted the office with my information and was promised a call by a supervisor. This call never came. My package is still missing and there are zero answers.
