I ordered a very bulky and very expensive work jacket for my husband. Instead of bringing the package to my door step, the post man shoved this huge coat into my mailbox. That was very lazy and disrespectful of my personal property! I paid a lot of money for it and do not appreciate it being shoved in my mailbox, when it did not fit in it to begin with! I understand it gets busy this time of year but that is no reason to be that lazy and disrespectful.

Cant get ahold of anyone! their away from the phone message keeps answering and you cant leave a voicemail. I tried contacting USPS directly and theres no way to talk to a live person! my tax dollars goes to this business and like everything else Im being screwed over because their driver is to lazy to drive up my driveway and put there boots in the snow and drop a package onto my steps!

I paid 48$ to over night a package to be delivered TODAY June 8th at noon to find out its not even out of VA very unhappy going there first thing in the morning and getting a full refund I call bs
