If I could give zero stars, I would. Here is the complaint I cannot submit to USPS, bc their website has not been working for 24 hours (I have been holding on the phone for over an hour and a half): Please help me. I ordered a package from Amazon containing a queen-sized mattress (there is no option to select anything like that in the form above, so I had to check "unkown"). Amazon sent me a notification that a delivery attempt was made first on July 21st, 2017 at 10:14 am. I was home on that day, at that time. I had taken the day off work specifically so that I would here to receive the package. I watched the USPS carrier truck arrive and leave. No one came to the door. No slip was left. Nothing. In the notification from Amazon, which I received Fri, Jul 21, 2017 at 11:20 AM (a little over an hour after the carrier said s/he made an attempt to deliver, but did not), I was told another delivery attempt would be made the following day, July 22nd. I took another day off work. I waited by my door. No one came. No slip was left. I received another notice from Amazon on Sat, Jul 22, 2017 at 11:29 AM saying an attempt was made to deliver item at 10:57am. This is NOT TRUE. At this point, I scheduled a re-delivery of the item for 07/24/2017 (yesterday). The confirmation number is: CAR60966112. I took ANOTHER day off work and waited. NOTHING. And this time no notification from Amazon that an attempt was made at all. I have been holding on the phone for customer service for over an hour and a half. I have tried all day to submit this form, but until now, your site would not let me advance past entering my tracking number. I have been trying to submit this form for several hours now. When I click continue, nothing happens. I feel desperate. I have now spent DAYS trying to resolve this issue. How this could happen is absolutely incomprehensible to me.. Best, Hannah Abrams

nothing makes me more livid feeling you probably need to tell someone right off the bat when they start speaking to you that you dont like their attitude especially when the first thing you were going to say anyways was may I please speak your supervisor? then you really assume your ultimate form when they respond with " ....speaking?" Its really hard not to be rude when someone has an attitude in their voice from the moment they answer the phone when you need help from this person in solving your issue which is why you called to begin with not to have someones poor week thrust upon you through their daily function so I opted to continue being a polite customer, my efforts proved unfruitful and my issue was shoved off like youd expect someone with that kind of attitude to handle your problems so with that i ended my experience with this Wilmington post office dissatisfied hence my ☝️ ⭐️ Service rating.

I use many branches of the USPS throughout N.C. The Azalea by far has the worst customer service of them ALL! The employees are angry all the time. The head post master or supervisor must be a jerk to his employees. Im sure a higher level postal employee is to blame. Blame the BOSS!! I create $3000-$4000 worth of purchased postage a year with my eBay sells. I pay for 3/4 if the postage out of my pocket. Everytime I go into this post office branch Im given a hard time because eBay provides a 9% discount for postage labels purchased through eBay. FedEx provides a 40% discount for Postage Labels purchased via eBay. I perfer to create revenue for the USPS because my great grandfather was a post master. Samuel West would roll over in his grave if he saw how people are treated here and saw how angry the postal workers are.

Worst ever, the guy with the glasses is always so dry, short response, very rude, no help, blows you off, doesnt make eye contact. Talks at you and not to you. Will let you knock at the pick up window for 15mins with out bothering to help or check at all. Didnt not even bother to find my package "with tracking that said at post office. And while I was waiting at the post office for 15mins knocking it was scanned again saying out for delivery, immediately I tell him no ones helping me, and he seemed to be insulted. Long story short they didnt grab my package, and only thing he could leave me with was the saying "Thats How The System Works" . Smh I wish he would find another job. Im sure majority locals feel the same. I left outrage at the lack of customer service. He acts like a old bitter man

This is by far the worst post office Ive ever been to, far worse from the downtown location which is saying something. The man named George who works here is completely unprofessional and wasnt helpful at all. He was unknowledgable, fails to function well in a high stress, fast paced environment, and decided to disregard me and my needs as a customer, therefore GREAT at customer service. Also he resorted to childlike behavior by mocking me; I guess his brain malfunctioned and he couldnt think of a proper response like a normal adult. A team is only as strong as the weakest member, so if you feel like wasting your time and having some jumbled up people provide you false information, PLEASE stop by Azalea Post Office today!

I have given this place more than one opportunity to prove themselves. The self service machine rarely works and the customer service is the worst I have experienced at any Post Office period. I shipped a package on 10/17/15. My cousin reached out to me recently and said she never got it and that the Post Office couldnt track it. I went to the Post Office at this location and They told me that my cousin would have to track it from Germany. However, I have shipped and received things internationally before and was able to track it with no problem. Nevermind the fact that I stood at the window ringing the bell for Bout 10 minutes before anyone showed up. I will not be returning to this location to do business.

I have had bad experiences whenever I have gone to this post office. Both times, employees went on breaks when there were long lines. Really? Today, I paid for shipping at the kiosk and it didnt print my shipping label. So I had to stand in line and wait. When my turn came to fix the issue, the total cost of stamps was less than what I was charged at the kiosk, but the guy failed to give me back my change. Employees there look like they hate their jobs. I hate this post office and this post office obviously hates me.

Do not go there!!!This is by far the WORST USPS location Ive ever seen!!! The clerks look like theyre about to fall asleep, the longest line in the freeking Universe and those guys were not even trying to move faster, people were walking in and would leave when seeing the line, I saw at least 10-15 people leaving when I was there, I waited for 30 minutes and there were only 4 customers in front of me with small.packages, the clerks were taking their sweet time and not even trying to rush!!!!!

I hope you never need to have something delivered to an apartment complex. If the address is missing even a single letter, they wont bother dropping it off with the office (as is standard anyway when the package is too big for a mailbox). Theyll just return it to sender. And they are so slow about their tracking system that you wont be alerted that there was a problem until the package is already on its way back to the sender. Unhelpful and incompetent.
