Been getting the run around for almost 2 weeks they scanned my package as delivered and guess what I STILL HAVENT RECEIVED MY PACKAGE!!!! All I keep hearing from the staff is I hope it wasnt stolen it wasnt placed at my door nor was it put in my mailbox. Now Im jumping through hoops with the main Post Office to find out what happened to my package... most of the employees there have really crappy attitudes and try to give you false information and the worse part about it is I can have mail delivered to my place of employment and not have trouble but have anything delivered to my residence and 5 times out of 10 its never received or they mark as scanned and deliver it days later

I called for a passport appointment around 4/19/17 for a May appointment and was told I had to call back 4/27/17. I called for 2 hours straight and got a busy signal. I finally got through and just let the phone ring for about 3-5 minutes non stop. A lady FINALLY picked up I told her why I was calling she said "one moment" and I was placed on a silent hold where I remained until I finally hung up 2 hours later (put the phone on speaker and sat it down) . I honestly think it was done on purpose as a strategy. Think about it, no call waiting so one customer being on hold blocks all other callers until they disconnect. Dispiciable.

Wow I wish someone would actually answer the phone when a customer calls. I called 6 different times throughout the day to help clarify questions I had regarding my passport appointment. Youre telling me that after calling that many times throughout the day, no one is able to answer the phone? What great service, no wonder theyre losing business.

The staff is god awful and lazy. I can hear them outside when they come and they never attempt to deliver my packages, just leave a delivery notice as if they actually tried. And of course, they never answer the phone. Trash delivery service. Hate them. Id give them no stars if possible.

So far, so good. Five or six visits and service was tidy and quick during rush hour/close in the afternoons. Going there in the next couple days to ship another couple packages--location is super convenient to Forest Hill area. (I havent tried calling them, though...)

USPS is known for horrible service. Its not just this location, its all of them. If you slip them cash sometimes theyll pretend to do a small part of their job, but just that once. Its typical for third-world countries, which is what the US is becoming.
