Went in to apply for a passport. There was only one lady behind the counter and she managed to get my passport application done while still servicing other people. She provided me with great information above and beyond what is required. I was in and out in 15 minutes. This was after going to the Latta Road post office and being told that I needed to make an appointment with the next available slot being a week out. Then them messing up said appointment.

I agree with Brandon. The customer service in this post office is wonderful. Whether mailing an express package or renewing a passport, they seem to always go above & beyond what I would expect. They have very friendly, attentive people working here. Lines here seem to be very short, if there is a line at all. A great crew to do business with. Thanks!

Worst delivery apparently my mail "lady" has an issue with ME as she does not deliver my mail and they think it is acceptable (as I have another for the rest of the week) this is beyond unprofessional beyond law breaking and suggest I BUY A BOX laughable... this so called woman needs grow a pair and DO HER GOVERMENT PAID JOB...

Screw ups. Always getting other peoples mail and not getting mine in a timely manner ie my freakin pay check. Usually get it on Thursday still have not gotten it.
