Went there the other day to mail a package, and Donna, an older clerk who works there refused to mail it for me. Citing some dimensions regulations and that I could not mail it with the prepaid postage I purchased on Ebay. I let her know that Ive mailed plenty (hundreds) of the same size packages already from her post office and other different ones around the area, and never had a problem and no package has ever been returned to me for incorrect postage. She stuck to her story and refused to mail the package, absolutely rude!!! What a lack of customer service skills, and this is not the first time she was rude while Ive been there. Seems to me that this lady is abusing her position by deciding when to mail and not mail something for someone, because the following day my husband stopped at the same post office and another clerk who was there, mailed the same type of package for him with no problems.

I dread going to the post office. It always takes me multiple trips to get ANYTHING mailed. Even if I check everything on the post office website it seems that theres some new, obscure rule that the ladies are spouting. Theyre polite, but not helpful, mainly because they are understaffed. The post office is worse than the dmv in my opinion.

I like the ladies who work here. Ive never had a problem with anyone. In fact, those people have to deal with constant air conditioning problems so often it is sad. They should not have to work under those kinds of conditions. The place itself has its busy times, like all post offices but for the most part service is as quick as it can be.

These hours are too limited, and there is no self serve stamp machine. So I now have to drive to a Walmart to buy stamps?
