My family owns a local business. We have had multiple times in the last couple months where we are getting mail for businesses on the other side of 81, our neighbors get it or its not being delivered at all. We have been waiting all day for a very important package for a customer today "that was out for delivery" but no one in our shopping center even had their mail delivered today. We are very disappointed in the services they are providing

Day 3 with no mail delivery on Hykes and Young rd. Sherwood dr. off of Hykes has had their mail delivered the last 2 days so I dont understand.
