By far the worst customer service experience I can remember in the past few years. I showed up with proper documentation and photo ID to pick up a package for a friend but was refused service and asked to step aside for the next customer. I responded that I had the appropriate documentation and proceeded to read the instructions on the postal pick up document clearly showing that everything was filled out and signed to postal service guidelines and asked why I was being refused service. The gentleman very rudely asked me to step aside for the next customer again and said he could not verify that I had a right to pick up the package (even though it was appropriately filled out and signed clearly giving me the legal right to pick up the package). I asked for the manager. He then said he was the supervisor. I then asked if there was anyone higher up on the command chain to which he responded yes. I told him I waited my turn to get to the front of the line and I was not going to give up my place in line until I spoke with his manager. The manager came over and took one look at the pick up tag and within 20 seconds handed me the package. I can understand a simple misunderstanding or the possibility that an employee might be unfamiliar with the guidelines but this guy was down right rude for no reason and was completely unapologetic when he realized his mistake as the manager handed me the package right in front of him.

I needed to send some gifts to friends because it was Christmas coming. Since I was in the neighborhood I had no choice but to come here. I loved the friendliness of the workers & their fast & efficient services. The customers were coming in in bunches & they had only 3 cashiers for one of the busiest nights. They served the customers quick there was no line. I didnt have to wait at all.

Service is usually efficient and people are friendly enough, but I have had customer deposits misdelivered to other PO Box owners (who then forwarded it to me) and when mailing a check to our Falls Church PO Box it took 3 weeks ... to go just a few miles!! Very frustrating deliver times (or lack thereof) with the PO box.

Third time today this post office has failed me. Put package in swinging door and did not go into hamper. The door is stuck and package and other customers cant use. It took a lot to open door too. I will be calling Momday morning to let them know too. #dissappointment

Doesnt know what theyre doing. They should fire everyone working there and start fresh. Mail went missing, poor service, missed pick ups, and clueless when receiving calls.
