There is an older caucasian woman who works here, she wears glasses and is extremely Rude to minority customers. She is hostile and impatient when dealing with minority customers. I, myself, was one of those customers and have witnessed it while waiting in line. This post office closes at 4:45. I showed up at 4:44 with a Drop-Off package (no waiting needed!), she had locked the door already with customers still inside. I showed her the time on my phone; we watched it turn from 4:44 to 4:45, and when it turned 4:45, she shrugged her shoulders at me. I said "Are you serious? But I was here before 4:45, and all I have is a drop off." She then shrugged again and gave me a very rude look. I was surprised by this incident but I already knew she was a very rude woman. I was mostly surprised no other associates or manager intervened and simply took my package. The caucasian workers here make me feel VERY uncomfortable, unwelcomed, and unwanted.

ALL CUSTOMERS SERVICE WORKERS IN THIS POST OFFICE ARE RACIST, VERY RUDE AND LAZY, I CAME IN AND BOTH AN OLD MAN AND AN OLD WOMAN JUST LOOKED AT ME AND SAYING NOTHING AND NOT OFFERING HELP AT ALL, I FELT SO SMALL AND TREATED LIKE AN UNWANTED CUSTOMER AND NOT WANTING TO HELP ME AT ALL. I CALLED ON THE PHONE TO TALK TO THE MANAGER, THE PHONE RUNG & RUNG, THEN WAS TRANSFERRED TO THE FAX MACHINE WITH NON STOP RINGING. IVE NEVER BEEN TO A POST OFFICE WITH THIS KIND OF POSTAL WORKERS LIKE THEY ARE FROM THE WORLD OF DARKNESS! OR AN EVIL ALIEN, A TRULY RACIST! THEY ALL SHOULD BE FIRED FOR NOT DOING THEIR JOB.!!!!!!

Phone number gives busy signal constantly. So it sucks when you have a quick question but have to stand in line. Not long lines and they have a few good workers there though. Service is fast (thankfully, because the entire building is SMALL)
