They need to rethink their management. Having an auxiliary location in the mall for the sake of the convenience of their customers, and then closing for an hour and a half for lunch is ridiculous. If the post office is closed during the weekend, and closes at 5:00pm, just when people are getting off work, then it makes sense for them to be open during the standard lunch hour for most people. If I need to mail a package, then the only time Id be able to do it is during my lunch break, when this location is inconveniently closed. Yall need to rethink your approach to business because as it stands, this location is WORTHLESS.

Very inconvenient hours. I have gone early and theres usually a line out the door with only one person working. I work in Locust Grove, 9-5, and theyre closed during lunch hour, the only time I have free to go. I have a PO BOX here and pay ALOT for it. I have been receiving emails telling me my packages are being declined. I have called over 100xs in the past 5 hours and NOT ONCE was my called answered. A few times it rang, then just hung up! Very disappointed. When my PO BOX is up for renewal, I will not be renewing here. Will renew at the locust grove post office instead.

I went to mail a package to my sister in the UK, it was just a little too big for the small flat rate box so I was trying to put it in the medium flat rate box which I knew would cost me about 70$ to ship when the post man suggest that I send it in a large soft envelope which I would never have thought of and he saved me almost 50$ with that suggestion! he was very personable and seemed to know almost everyone who came in to the store!

Ive walked into this post office on three occasions, every single time the guy who works there was rude, and had a problem with my package. Once he even told me my handwriting was too messy after I watched him turn away four other customers in front of me. Im done using this location until this guy is gone. Every time I try to send a package Im insulted and end up just leaving.

Skip this location. Go downtown or head to the Brock Road office. The employees that regularly work this location dont seem to like their jobs or dealing with people. If Ive been there ten times, theyve been having a decent day just one of those times. Save yourself the unpleasant experience and hit up another location.

Every time I go here the male makes me change my box or up my price or gives me a hard time. Ive got so tired of it that I got to the USPS office in downtown Fredericksburg. I cant believe the way this man treats everyone who walks in there and how he has been employed there for so long

Amanda is one of my favorite uspo workers. Always fast and friendly, even if she is having a bad day. Sometimes the line looks scary, but thats mostly because the property is too small to accommodate a serpentine line. It usually goes much more quickly than I expect.

Almost always a long line- the demand at this post office should be met with more employees / open registers, or some electronic machines like the one downtown. The lady who mainly runs this is great, though.
